The Dimora San Giuseppe is a thoughtfully converted one-floor apartment in the heart of Lecce, the narrow via Ludovic Maremonti being a little hard to find (and street parking even harder) although conveniently close to good restaurants and the Piazza Sant'Oronzo. The place has been carefully and stylishly finished, making clever use of space and generally well equipped, with great beds. There's a good breakfast served on the roof-top terrace. Host Christian may not be on hand around the clock, but when he is, he is more than helpful.

Stayed in a suite. The room was beautiful. The shower was the biggest I've seen. Very nice shower experience. I missed breakfast but Christian still made us coffee and provided some pastries for us to eat on the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect. Thank-you Christian for a wonderful stay

We loved the location & our room was beautiful- amazing shower that I would like at home! Right in the old town there are restaurants & bar at the door. Parking about 10 mins away & 25€ a day undercover. Breakfast on the terrace was one of the best. Thankyou to our wonderful hosts for a lovely stay.

Cristian and his team run an incredibly charming mansion floor with incredible reasons to return. The owners are definitely dedicated to their guests. Breakfast, fine and elegant.
Being a citizen of the US, i do not understand why we can not learn from the Italy, good chess, meat, some vegtables, good bread...perfect

idéalement situé : 20 mètres de plein de restaus, et du centre historique. chambres spacieuses, parfaitement climatisées, équipées et décorées avec go?t. super literie. petit déjeuner extraordinaire pris en été sur la terrasse dominant les toits de Lecce. Petit déjeuner complet , personnel souriant et accueillant. bonne liste de restaus conseillé dans le coin par l'h?tel. Très très très bon rapport qualité prix. pourquoi prendre un palace? seul léger bémol, le parking public est à 10min à pied, mais votre voiture est surveillée et en sous-sol donc au frais en été. donc finalement c'est bien. et vous pouvez déposer vos bagages en voiture devant l'h?tel, donc ne boudons pas notre plaisir de découvrir ce lieu

Great location and beautifully appointed rooms. The bathroom was amazing. Nice breakfast. Christian went out of his way to meet us early, and was very welcoming. Nice restaurants and sights close by. Parking is a ways from the B and B, but several options available.

Tutto perfetto! Dall’accoglienza alla camera, alla colazione, alla vista su Lecce. Un’esperienza meravigliosa! I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono squisiti! Camere accoglienti e spaziose. Colazione servita sulla terrazza con prodotti di primissima qualità! Grazie, siete stati fantastici. ????????????

In pieno centro, con la possibilità di parcheggiare a pochi metri (non c'è un parcheggio ma viene fornito un link con tutte le indicazioni utili). Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza Angioletti, spaziosa e confortevole con un ampio soffitto e un terrazzino interno. Dotato di aria condizionata, minifrigo, doccia emozionale e set doccia. Ottima colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati (pasticciotti, brioche, cornetti, pane e marmellate fatte in casa, affettati e formaggi). Buonissimo anche lo yogurt che può essere accompagnato da diversi tipi di frutta secca. Plus della Dimora: il terrazzo ad uso comune.
