I had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!

The supervisor is quite unfriendly and rude, I tell her there is no body to handle our language, she told me this is your problem, I told her I think the service quality is drowning , she told me this is your opinion, I think hotel should fire her as soon as possible

环境及卫生很棒，设施也比较新，在莱斯特算是性价比超高的酒店，但前台服务人员可能有些仇视华人，态度冷漠且懈怠。总体来说抛开服务一切都好。
