Bathrooms could have towel racks, especially for kids / persons that may be under 5 feet tall.
Difficulty finding trash shoot.
No instructions for check out.
Would have been nice to offer grocery shopping for guests prior to arrival, especially when snow is expected.
Wash towels were not available

I found the apartment to be very comfortable clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed.
I was highly impressed with the security measures at the property, which made me feel safe.
The surrounding area is walkable with several dining options, ATMs, coffee shops and convenient stores close by. And just a block away from Square One Shopping Cente, the best in Mississauga.
I will definitely stay here again.

Good location
The property is in a prime location. The staff were great for check-in and check-out. As this was an apartment they needed to an option for housekeeping even if it was at a price and the apartment lacked some basic amenities especially things like dish rack, bin bags and toiletries.

First, the management is terrific! The location was extremely convenient to visit Toronto and Hamilton. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. There is dedicated parking on the property. However, the carpets need a deep cleaning; there are deep marks on the walls and cupboards. The air conditioning went out one night; the following night the faulty air conditioning caused the fire alarm to go off twice, bringing the fire department back twice. We had an uneasy night, owing to the fact we were on the 24th floor.

The management was fantastic. The location was terrific; the property has dedicated parking on site. However, the apartment needs a refresh. The floor in the dining area is badly marked. The walls have deep holes or large, patched areas. The carpet in the main bedroom needs either a deep cleaning or replacement. The air conditioning went out one night; the next night the faulty air conditioning tripped the fire alarm twice. The fire department came to the building twice. We were uneasy for hours because we were on the 24th floor. The key fob provided for the property only works occasionally; this proved annoying whenever the key pad in the elevator would not recognize the fob, which happens repeatedly.

I’ve explained to the property how to make it better. There’s room for change. It’s a lovely place but needs enhanced cleaning and pay more attention to quality regards for new guest. Promote a healthier smell and cleanliness would be Aplus.

Its name called “Pathway Luxury Suites”, don’t misunderstand it is s luxury apartment. Far from it. I stayed there for 6 nights in my family visit, price is relatively high compared to Motel 6 , but the service is worst than a motel . No coffee provided, bed sheet is not white in colour, I wont say dirty but it is VERY BASIC. They offer you one bottle of liquid soap for shower, shampoo… No face tissues but three toilet rolls It is a apartment for Long term rental. The only good point is there is washing and drying machine.
