  • Guest：We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days there. The furnishings were lovely, the bed extremely comfortable, and there were many choices for breakfast including great baked goods. The atmosphere was friendly and sitting on the porch for breakfast, and meeting other nice guests was an extra plus. It was a pretty short walk to Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. Tina and Scott were great B&B hosts.
  • Guest：We had a great time at Bourne Bed and Breakfast! The place was quaint and walking distance to everything. The place was quiet and comfortable and sitting on the front porch in the morning with fresh brewed coffee and a homemade pastry or coffee cake (that Tina makes everyday!) was heaven. The continental breakfast is more than the typical one. Tina would serve homemade yogurt parfait, breads, granola bars, hard boiled eggs, toast, ham and cheese... but if you want something more substantial, there are plenty of breakfast places within walking distance. All in all, I highly recommend Bourne BnB.
  • Guest：My wife and I had an excellent stay at the B3. Tina, the innkeeper was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfat was delicious and plentiful. The location of the inn was perfect. Situated right between downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove made it very easy to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.
  • Guest：I just returned from four nights at Bourne Bed and Breakfast. It was wonderful. A comfortable room with a gracious host and hostess and great food. Fresh-baked pastries every morning with a wide choice of breakfast options. And pastries of various sorts were out all day and evening for snacking. Plus it's in a great location. About a ten minute walk from either downtown of the Marginal Way. I'd definitely stay there again if I visited Ogunquit.
