    • Guest：The hotel is very nice, staff friendly, food is good. There are some things you should know while arriving at high-season: If you are granted A la carte dining free of charge for staying more than 5 nights, book it right upon arrival, or get Rixos app and reserve before arrival. Book your transfer to Land of Legends at arrival, the tickets are already included in your stay. Uber does not pick you up from the hotel, even if it brings you there. Yellow taxis that are nearby, are in good condition and you can pay cash (Euros, Dollars also). Other than that, you should have a good time staying there.

    • Guest：A family of six adults had a poor experience at Rixos Park Belek, finding it far below 5-star standards despite its marketing and Land of Legends access. Main Issues: Communication & Check-in: Emails before arrival went unanswered, and the check-in was rushed with no useful information provided. Rooms & Cleanliness: Initial room allocation unsuitable; rooms were dusty, dated, and poorly maintained. Housekeeping was inconsistent, toiletries not replenished, and bedding lacked hygiene standards. Noise & Facilities: Corridors were noisy, and the pool area was chaotic with constant announcements and disorganised music. Pool towels were stained, and the spa lacked supervision, with children disrupting adult areas. Dining: Limited and repetitive buffet options; à la carte restaurants had booking restrictions and extra charges. Management: Complaints were ignored and no apologies offered. Positives: Exceptionally polite and helpful staff. Attractive hotel grounds with potential. Overall: Despite great individual staff service, the stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, weak management, limited food choices, and substandard facilities — not reflective of a true 5-star Rixos experience or good value for money.
    • Guest：Review Rixos park belek Stayed in a few Rixos hotels , and this one was not great.. didn’t live up To the other Rixos ones .. the kids club is miles away from the main hotel.. meaning if they ring you cause your kid needs you.. you have to wait for a buggy ride and can take upto 30 mins to get Thier.. the kids club was good tho, and staff very good. The rooms are average. The food is average. I asked the kids club staff if I could bring some food to my kids, they said yes.. so I went to the restaurant 30 mins away, and asked staff if I could have a box to take some pizza with me, they said no box but take a plate .. while leaving the restraunt a manager stopped me and told me I was not allowed to take food to my kids.. was not happy. A sales women hovers around trying to sell You things non stop. Night entertainment is poor. While sat at the pool we never got asked once if we would like a drink from a waiter, had to keep going to the bar ourself. Overall not good, and wouldn’t return
