We had an absolutely wonderful 7-night stay at Maxx Royal – truly unforgettable from start to finish! ? Everything was perfect: the hotel, the food, the atmosphere, and above all, the service. What made our experience so special was the incredible dedication of our Maxx Assistants – Tutku, Mohammed, Oussama, and Oulaiya – who took care of us 24/7 with so much professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Thanks to them, every moment of our holiday felt effortless and magical. We felt truly pampered and cared for, and we can honestly say Maxx Royal set a new standard for luxury hospitality. We are already looking forward to coming back!

7th stay; The hotel was good but Behnam made it great Another stay at this lovely hotel Everything was very good, the service and restaurants and the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff; But if you are looking for a brilliant stay, go to Behnam Sarabi! He will raise the level of your vacation so much that you will ask yourself what else he can do for you that he hasn't already done?! I don't like these comments that keep mentioning names, but how can I not mention Behnam when he made my trip brighter? The hotel was great, what a memorable trip it was It would be unfair if I didn't mention Mustafa and okan Teke (Saffran Restaurant), Emre Dursun (Seafood Restaurant), Onur and Erkan (Entertainment Team) thank God that I have known Maxx Royal for years and spend a few days a year there in the best possible way. I love you and I will definitely come back again.

We visited Maxx Royal Belek 3rd time within the last 10 years and easily relised it is the best hotel for us in Antalya. We always love it and look forward to visit again. Everything was 10/10, our assistants Mohammed and Oulayli were simply fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they always exceded our expectations when we asked for help/advise. They were amazing!!!! As other reviews suggest the hotel is very child friendly, great food, drinks, proper relaxing high quality service. Can not fault anything. The only thing I wish could change would be to have colder water in the swimming pool in summer and slightly better 9-9.45 eve entertainment. Having said that, we were very happy with our holiday and already thinking when we can come back.

We’ve just returned from our second stay at Maxx Royal Belek and it’s safe to say this resort has firmly secured a place in our hearts. Traveling as a vegetarian family with young children, we’re always looking for destinations that go the extra mile – and Maxx Royal absolutely delivers. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. Every detail is meticulously thought through, from the personalized welcome to the bottle of aloe vera gel waiting in our room – a perfect touch after long sunny days. A heartfelt thank you to Demilare, one of the poolside servers, whose attentiveness and warmth really stood out during our stay. Maxxiland, the kids club, was a huge hit once again. Our son was thrilled when the staff actually remembered him from last year – a testament to how personal and caring they are. The facilities for children are simply phenomenal – the water park, Dinoland, and even the bowling alley kept the whole family entertained throughout the trip. As vegetarians, we really appreciated the wide range of food options across the many restaurants. While delicious, the selection can become a little repetitive if you’re staying more than a week – but the quality and care that goes into the meals still shine through. The personal assistants deserve special mention – always available, always thoughtful, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Whether arranging bookings or checking in with helpful reminders, their quiet efficiency made everything feel effortless. The hotel gym is also fantastic. One of the best gyms I have been to in a hotel, and I lift pretty heavy. The sauna and spa are included and very well maintained - various different temperature saunas and an excellent large hammam for family washing. One small caveat: we did encounter a number of Russian guests whose behavior was, at times, quite rude and abrasive. However, this is more a reflection of the guest mix than the hotel itself, and certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. Maxx Royal Belek is truly worth every penny. It’s rare to find a resort that gets the big things and the little things so right. We’re already looking forward to returning again – and seeing the familiar faces that now feel like friends.

We spent six nights at Maxx Royal Belek in late -October, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The weather was perfect for the time of year, around 25-27°C with blue skies every day in late October -early November We had a blast in the water … at the pool and at the beach. The sports options were great and we enjoyed tennis, football and cycling around the resort (took an hr with our kids!). We also did the laser tag and tree top adventure climbing (like go ape) The food was very good and compares well with some of London’s better restaurants. To put the quality into context, the best of the pralines available at Maxx almost match the quality of French and Belgian houses such as Neuaus and Marcolini. They are bettered only by the very very top end praline houses. This is serious quality. The pastries looked amazing but were too sweet to our taste. Oh, the turkish delight was amazing ! The kids club kept our little ones entertained for the time they joined. Our assistant, Merihiban, was brilliant—she made everything so smooth and was very helpful. The only thing that didn’t quite hit the mark this time were the evening shows. On a previous stay, they had very good circus and performing arts acts with great stage decor. this time they were mostly musical performances and with no stage decor , which felt a bit scaled back in comparison. Another small point were the mattresses; they were fine, but not up to the high standard of the rest of the resort . Overall, we loved our stay here. This is a top resort. We’ve also stayed at the hotel’s sister property, Voyage, and Maxx Royal Belek is definitely worth the extra….Everything feels much more polished and thought-through. Highly recommend! Overall… 10/10.

Unser Aufenthalt im Maxx Royal Belek war wie immer ein Traum. Im Mai haben wir die Vorzüge bereits als Familie genossen und jetzt im November um Abschalten mit Freunden. Da wir bereits mehrere Male da waren kennen wir die Anlage schon sehr gut. Meine beiden Engel, gemeint sind die pers?nlichen Assistenten, Esra und Pelin haben uns durch ihre sü?e zuvorkommende Art und Weise unseren Aufenthalt versch?nert. Wir konnten zu jeder Stunde schreiben unser Anliegen wurde sofort bearbeitet und erledigt. Beide haben alles dafür getan und noch glücklicher und zufriedener zu stellen. Wir danken beiden sehr und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf wieder mit einem L?cheln und der positiven Engie die beide bei unserem n?chsten Aufenthalt wieder zu sehen. Ein wirklich ganz gro?es Lob m?chte ich an dieser Stelle auch den Angestellten im italienischen Restaurant aussprechen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Hr. Enes Akkul. Mit seiner Art und Weise verzaubert er seine G?ste und holt sie auch mal in schlechten Situationen professionell wieder zurück zur Entspannung. Er ist eine gro?e Bereicherung. Er geht auf die Wünsche der G?ste ein und hat immer ein Lachen auf den Lippen. Hr. Enes Akkul wir danken dir, das wir deine G?ste sein durften. Wir sch?tzen deine Liebe Art und Weise sehr und freuen uns schon jetzt dich wiede zu sehen. Sich hervorzuheben sind Samet und ein Herr mittleren Alters mit graulichen Haaren. Alle waren ein Team und genau das hat man gespürt. Kurz gesagt das Maxx ist eine sehr sch?ne Anlage mit dem Gewissen etwas. Sie haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an herzlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt, dass unsere Flitterwochen unvergesslich wurden. Ihre Hingabe, Professionalit?t und die Liebe zum Detail haben unseren Aufenthalt auf ein v?llig neues Niveau gehoben. Marina und Maksut waren immer zur Stelle, um uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen, egal ob es um romantische überraschungen, spezielle Dinner-Arrangements oder ma?geschneiderte Aktivit?ten ging.
