Foto's en beoordelingen zien er goed uit, maar de werkelijkheid was anders! Kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt, keuken in de villa was vies. Behoorlijk wat geluidsoverlast van gasten en de nabijgelegen moskee. Bedienend personeel spreekt niet of zeer gebrekkig Engels. Het gehele park heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Kortom niet wat wij ervan verwachtten.

Hotel location ia easy to find. We love the pine trees, the room, the pools and cleanliness. We got upgraded to 4 BR villa instead of 3 BR but one of the room has no queen bed as 3 BR. Breakfast offerings are pretty good with most of the options are local cuisines with jamu herbal drinks provided. No hairdryer in the room but you can always ask them to give you one. No clothing cabinets in the room. Staffs are friendly and welcoming and always ready to assist. See you again next time.

Tempat yang nyaman untuk healing, jauh dari hiruk pikuk kebisingan kota..tenang hijau membumi dan sejuk udaranya.
Saran aja utk petugas kebersihan dan house keeping agar tidak mondar mandir di seputar kamar, krn mengganggu kenyamanan

The place is used for group events, and the noise continues until 11pm.

Good place, staf friendly, front office helpful (ms. Mayang). Breakfast is very taste and delicious especially for tradisional snack and jamu its amazing. My children really happy because they have invinity pool. My Last STAY at vila Kutai.

The villa really need a renovation. Since most of made by wood, there are many termite who ate the woods. So the sprinkles are every where. The bathroom are like a common toilet. Its stink and not too clean.
