We are Joyce & Eric, an retired couple moved from Hong Kong to Shaxi historical village. Shaxi has conserved its unique cultural heritage from ancient china. It is well known for it’s beautiful landscape, the ethnic diversity and it’s peacefulness. Many visitors are attracted to this beautiful village and would stay for months to paint, take photos and hike. We used to travel around the world and we understand how important it is to stay in a warm, clean, convenience and welcoming place to make your journey more comfortable and memorable. MISS MAY HOTEL was transformed from a traditional house built by the Bai family. We preserved the unique style of this historic house with a touch of modern amenities.
