Estuvimos una noche en el apartamento familiar que tiene dos habitaciones. Es muy lujoso con buenas vistas, está equipado con todos los electrodomésticos. Aun estando en la castellana no se oía ningún ruido de coches. Dormimos muy bien y lo recomiendo sobre todo para largas estancias.

We had two weeks really enjoying this property in Madrid. The area is very safe and close to many restaurants and shopping areas The residences were a perfect spot for traveling around since you have metro and bus stations just 1-2 blocks from property The attention and kindness of all reception personnel (Maria, Victor & Angel) including cleaning staff were truly exceptional. Having a Hyatt quality with daily change of towels and general cleaning simply is a plus when you have an apartment and returned tired after long walkings and shopping in the city Thanks for having us and hope to return to this property on our next visit to Madrid ..!!

Rooms are basic. No where close to lavish/luxurious. Housing keeping was below average. We got 1 towel for a family of four. House keeping won’t attend to anything in the kitchen. Location is great. Friendly Front Desk. Over all the property lacks the standards of Hyatt Service

An amazing option for families. The reception desk was very helpful. Angel was amazing as well as the ladies were very attentive. The location was the best, convenient distances to almost everywhere and away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy Gran Via area. Supermarkets nearby, which was also convenient for grocery shopping. The kitchen was amazing equipped with best appliances and all the cutlery and kitchenware were available. Will definitely be my choice when visiting Madrid next time!

The two bedroom suite we stayed in was really spacious and nice. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was hair and dirt in the fridge and the toilets. They gave us an inventory of everything in the apartment. Quite a few things were missing, which we pointed out. I had purchased a nice bottle of Rioja and was looking forward to relaxing the night we arrived. But the listed corkscrew was missing! We notified the staff member and he said he’d bring one. Hours later I asked again. He said he’d bring it the next day. We never got a corkscrew and I wasn’t able to enjoy my rioja. We asked for more nespresso coffee pods for the room. The staff member told us to come downstairs and get it ourselves. The next day my husband went down to get some more coffee and another staff member told us we weren’t allowed to get our own coffee and was really rude about it. He said we had to call and ask for it. We also had been getting refills on the dishwasher detergent. We asked for more one day and we’re told we were responsible for buying our own. Overall, I was disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was spacious but not as clean as I was expecting. Disappointing.

Spacious, clean, fully equipped with kitchen and dinning space, and very well located. Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance from Salamanca, nice restaurants, beautiful sightseeing. Highly recommend if you are staying with family.

Had a 2 bedroom family apartment during our 5 days Madrid holiday. Wonderful experience in a fully furnished apartment. Victor and his team were fabulous and very helpful throughout our stay. We could travel lighter on short trips out of Madrid as the team was very kind to let us store our big luggages. They welcome us with open arms when we return to Madrid. Kudos to Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences.

非常好，房間很寬敞，兩室一廳，有廚房和洗衣機洗碗機，每天都有客房服務會來打掃換床單浴巾和倒垃圾，不過廚房需要自己收拾。唯一缺點挨著馬路和餐廳，晚上有點吵，關上窗戶好一點，非凡国际睡眠還可以，不影響，但是睡眠輕的人可能會影響。

Great family stay for a week. The apartment was spacious (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen) and well equipped for a family with two kids and even big enough for 3. Great kitchen with all the amenities, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The hotel staff is very friendly. We enjoyed using the fitness center/gym facility at the Hyatt Hesperia Hotel across the street. The location is wonderful, at a very quaint neighborhood, a short walk from Salamanca and connected by Metro (two stations) to the Centro, airport and the rest of the city. The only downside is the 2nd bedroom has only a single bed, yet the couch in the living room is set as a double bed. All and all: Highly recommended for families.
