    • Guest user：Nice and traditional greek style hotel just on the seaside. We were a family with three kids - enjoyed most of the hotel offerings: comfortable rooms, delicious and variuos food, friendy staff. If there were any issues - all of them were sorted out. Great sports instructor - me and daughters loved zumba and latino dance in the mornings and water aerobics in the afternoon. As for other entertainment: belly dance, latino show and greek BBQ nights were the best. Sea was usually with high waves and kids were so happy to catch the waves all the time. Good variety of coctails for AI option and delicious ice-cream. The hotel is just a few minutes away from small town, so if anything needed, it's just nearby. The only minus of the hotel - poor younger kids entertainment, no mini disco in kid's area and no invitations to do some activities for younger kids. Anyway, sports instructor was even covering this part in the evening s between the shows.
    • Guest user：2nd Year here and took the whole family this time. 7 of us different ages and different likes. We all had a fabulous time. The hotel is so relaxed yet the staff work so very hard to ensure everything is just so. Keep doing what you do so well. Fab hotel amazing location, food was excellent. Only thing I would like to see change is the entertainment, same as last year would be nice to see something different also more competition in the day such as pool or darts however the entertainment guy was fab. Bar staff so good however all inclusive cocktails selection poor unless you paid for them, then they were excellent. We will be back maybe not next year but in a couple of years time. Thank you All the staff.
    • Guest user：2nd time to this fabulous hotel. We came for a chilled holiday and that is what we got. The hotel is very clean and your room is spotless. All of the staff are very polite and so helpful , nothing is too much trouble . The food is plentiful and lots of choice . Konstantinos from the kitchen was so lovely and friendly . All staff work extremely hard. Beach bar staff Eleni & Kostas were great Vegalis & George thank you for your attentive service in the evening . You get 1 A La Carte meal with your stay , the food is good but the same choices as last year. Wacko the solo entertainment guy works hard to get everyone involved and is so friendly. The only draw back is the hotel repeats its entertainment program weekly so if you are there longer than 1 week it is monotonous. The hotel is near the town so easy to walk into and sample the bars and cocktails. We spent our day on the beach , easy to get a sun bed without having to get up early . Nesta who tends the beach always looks out for you . We will definitely return again.
    • Guest user：First time in Crete, won’t be the last Hotel was amazing, friendly staff who cannot do enough for you, My husband is gluten and was looked after in the a-la cart restaurant Couldn’t do enough, Maria in the restaurant always greeted us with a smile George in the bar looked after us with the drinks Amazing grounds and a stone throw from the beach Vako was amazing with the entertainment So friendly and always made every one feel included in everything, Made our holiday so much more enjoyable And the a-la cart restaurant You must try Amazing service and the food wow, Cannot Waite to come back again next year
