Hotel is located in a gambling establishment, so each of the guests needs a visitor badge for each entry. No separate entry for hotel guests

had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Sydney Bankstown and would happily recommend it.
The location is excellent,very convenient and easy to access, especially if you’re travelling around Western Sydney. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and major roads, which made getting around simple and stress-free.
The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep.
I was also impressed with how well-organised and clean the common areas were. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt professional yet welcoming, making it suitable for both families and business travellers.
Staff were polite, helpful, and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Small details like cleanliness, room comfort, and overall ambience really stood out and made the stay enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining a convenient location with good-quality facilities and a comfortable environment. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This is the fourth time I’ve had lift issues in this hotel. Only one of them works. Unfortunately if one doesn’t know that one would need 10-15 minutes waiting for it to come , you’re in trouble. Last time they made everyone use the service elevator at the back ??.

Beautiful hotel with a lot things to do. Like : Bar, bingo for elderly , big TV for watching sports, a lot of restaurants and cafe to choose, playground and arcade too and much more…Love all the restaurants there. Foods, sweets treat very yummy. My kids love it so much. Each restaurant have their own beautiful design. Amazing forest decorations, it also have Koi fish which make my kids want to check the fish all the time when we stay.
Staffs are nice and room is clean. Highly recommend for family

The reception (Indian looking lady) not so welcoming, i must say she has zero hospitality. She’s not smilling at all, under estimate us, talk in a high pitched and unpleasant way.
Hotel has same entrance and same car park as sport club, it’s so hard to find a parking spot on Saturday and Sunday (we stay for 2 nights)
Room not so cleaned, my son (1 year) found a pill in the carpet and eat it ????, and when i checked the carpet, it was not thoroughly vacumm. I can see lots of dust under the bed, same goes with the bathroom, not so clean
The only good thing about this hotel is its location, in the heart of Bankstown City .
I travel to lots of hotel in Sydney, many of them has a great staff and clean room. I am so disappointed with Mercure Bankstown, i thought it will be a great deal (looking for its price) and how it is part of accor group.
Won’t be back here ever again

地理位置还可以，离公交地铁站都不远！但是房间真的有点一言难尽。双人间的床也真的够小的，翻身多了容易掉下去。
