酒店位置方便，设施齐备，房间整洁，另提供乳酸饮料，夜间拉面和雪条等，非常受住客欢迎，大浴塲亦设休息间，服务周全，倠前堂职员大多木口木面，态度冷漠，答问简短，服务意识不足，反之停车塲职员态度主动积极，成强烈对比，更宜担任前堂岗位，希望酒店管理层多加留意，免得坏了酒店名声。整体而言仍是值得推荐入住的酒店。

地理位置优越，就在小樽駅和三角市场前面。走路到小樽运河15分钟内可到。
有室内室外温泉，虽然不算很大，但水够热。温泉后有雪糕冰条，有宵夜拉面。
早餐自助餐有鱼生丼，烧海鲜，一流????????????下次旅程会再选择Dormy inn

酒店位置邻近JR，也有自家的驻车场，非常方便。跟着名景点的位置不算非常近，但走路的沿途可以欣赏小樽市内景色也算不错。附近也有特色餐厅。最后住Dormy inn就当然少不了免费的夜鸣拉面及冰点

从札幌駅搭JR到小樽駅，约40分钟车程，到达小樽駅出闸后，过对面马路行3分钟就到达酒店，小樽駅左手面就是三角市场。行往运河方便，又可搭JR去小樽筑港及馀市都非常方便。

I had high expectations because of the great reviews. But all blowed away by the lady who took our bags at the reception - we were trying to be friendly by trying speaking Japanese, the lady had no patience to listen and just guest what we need and showing off her English, then ordered us just leaving the bags and coming back after 15:30… I had never came across a person as rude as her in Japan so far! The place did offer great breakfast, but as we had an earlier train to take and at 6am there was a big queue already, we had to give up…

This hotel is just opposite the train station. Service was great. The onsen and free noodles at night which comes with room booking was wonderful.

I walked into the hotel disappointed as the parking B1 floor was dimly lit, not very welcoming. The lobby is fine, and the room is also fine. What really surprised me was how homey this hotel feels. They give out freshly cooked ramen and ice cream every night next to the onsen, in addition to Yakult-like probiotic drink every morning.
The buffet breakfast is the best one I’ve had in this whole Hokkaido trip. Good selection of food, and they don’t serve anything they are not good at serving. They include grilled scallops, 2 types of soup, typical Hokkaido seafood bowl, etc.
The natural onsen is a bit small but sufficient.
Out of 4 hotels I’ve stayed in Hokkaido this trip, I miss this one the most although it is quite old. First impression is meh, but the stay experience was fantastic.

Very good location just walk across the road can found fish maket next to the JR Station,and walk to Otaru canel in 5-10 minutes. The breakfast is fine and onsen is good as well.

Very close to Otaru station. Free ramen between 21:30-22:00. Very good hotspring.
