Restaurant war in der Umbauphase! Zum Ferien machen nicht ideal, da es sehr l?rmig war. Der Balkon im "Keller" konnte dadurch nicht benutzt werden und war sehr schmutzig. Die Gesch?ftsführerin zeigte kein grosse Interesse an uns und machte immer wieder einen gereizten Eindruck. Unter dem Motto: "das einzige was mich st?rt ist der Kunde!" Schade für die sch?ne Hotel! Dafür bemühte sich ihr Mitbewerber sehr für Neukundengewinnung. Hervorragendes Marketing, Herzblut und Berufsbegeisterung. Wir kommen wieder, aber nicht ins Junction Boutique Hotel.

N?o há porta separando o chuveiro do quarto o que torna desagradável o banho em raz?o do choque de temperatura. A localiza??o é excelente. Quarto bastante confortável e amplo. A recep??o n?o funciona 24h, apenas até 18h. O café da manh? é a la carte. Estava tudo gostoso e bem apresentado, mas tinha pouco p?o (duas fatias bem pequenas). O hotel n?o tem elevador.

Great location for Plettenberg city area. Bathroom set up and overrall lighting could be improved. Great staff. Very good breakfast.

Great stay
Check-in and reception staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean with a great attention to detail. The bed and bed linen were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, beat poached eggs ever. Will be back there on our next travels through the garden route.

Absolutely fantastic hotel at a very reasonable price. It was my first time to plett and just randomly selected this hotel from Google and I am so glad I did. I received a WhatsApp from Dia with check in instructions as my arrival would be late. I was greeted on arrival and shown to my room. The rooms are really spacious and very modern. There were no issues whatsoever so ever it was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is served in the cafe next door and is outstanding. The location is perfect as it’s on the Main Street so there is lots to do in walking distance. Thank you Dia for an amazing stay. If return to Plett I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Getaway stay
Stayed here for a wedding. Our room had an enclosed patio but it opened into a corner during a large street celebration which was quite loud. I would have preferred almost any other room in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and called me when I had left a few things behind.

Nettes Hotel an der Hauptstra?e mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsm?glichkeiten zu Fu? erreichbar. Balkon/Terasse jedoch nicht bestuhlt und mit wenig einladender Aussicht.

Gorgeous Hotel in the best location We stayed for 2 nights bed and breakfast the room is stunning very spacious with comfy super king bed with lovely linen . Nespresso machine a nice touch also . The hotel is bang in the middle of Main road Plettenberg where are the bars, restaurants and shops . Breakfast was good.
