    • Guest user：I came to lucky monkey for 7 days, I had surgery on the first day and all I can say is the staff couldn't do enough for me. The accommodation was 100%, the view from the room was spectacular. The room was spotless, anything I asked for was provided promptly with a smile. The restaurant was exceptional I feel it was like a big family, they are so nice and helpful. It's the service that really was the winner for me. One of the servers even went the pharmacy for me.. The food was delicious and the cocktails were the best. But the surrounding views would take your breath away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely come back.
    • Guest user：Positives: - Location and views. - Great amenities in the surrounding areas - Great transport connection Negatives: - Only one iron in the entire hotel. - The hotel beach is extremely overpriced for the quality. - The music at the beach is ridiculously loud even when is empty, turning a relaxing time into a discomfort. A total wrong concept of what luxurious time is, seemingly something they seem to attempt to deliver. - The food is cheap deep fried stuff , not to say basic, having very good restaurants around. Conclusion: The hotel boast of having a 8.5 score which I completely disagree and therefore deceiving. A solid 7 points is the reality. If I had known beforehand that the private beach provides basic menu and service and all day long unbearable loud music, I wouldn't have booked it whatsoever.
    • Guest user：While the hotel has some redeeming qualities, my stay left a lot to be desired. Yes, the **room was a decent size, clean, and equipped well enough**, but that’s about where the positives end. The **half-board option** was a major disappointment. You’re given a **“staff menu”** with **only one choice**, completely different from what’s offered to other guests in the restaurant. It felt like being second-class. To make matters worse, the **service was painfully slow**, and one particular waitress was **inappropriately friendly**, with a **dress code that was far from professional** for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The **beach club prices** were outrageous. A **small beer for 325 lira** and a **glass of cheap wine for 500 lira** is pure exploitation. It’s hard to enjoy the beach when you’re being ripped off at every turn. And to top it off, the **indoor pool wasn’t even heated**, making it unusable during cooler days. Overall, despite some good aspects like the room and breakfast, the negatives overshadowed the experience. For the prices they charge, I expected much better.

The delicious food, breathtaking views, friendly staff, and the relaxing spa and massage made my experience exceptional. As someone who pays attention to detail, I found my room impeccably clean, and the room service was extremely helpful. I’d also like to give a special thank you to Natalia. As a software engineer who spends long hours at a desk, I arrived with severe back pain. Thanks to her expert massage, I feel significantly better. Natalia is an incredibly skilled masseuse who explained every step of the process, making the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely return for another stay!
