Un hotel encantador, familiar, en la mejor playa de la isla. Todo el personal del hotel es muy especial y amigable. Esta en proceso de remodelacion y se nota el cari?o que le ponen a cada detalle. Queda a 15 min en transporte del centro y del bullicio y es muy facil conseguir taxi o carrito de alquiler. Tambien esta el sr que te ofrece los tours y la se?ora de los masajes que es encantadora. Si quieres tener un hotel tranquilo a todo el frente de la playa y sentirte como en casa, Cocoplum es la mejor opcion

Hermoso hotel con salida a la playa, uno de los pocos que cuenta con “casi” una playa privada, muy tranquila y acompa?ada de perritos muy amigables. Las habitaciones agradables. Aunque el olor a humedad en algunas es evidente, pero pasa en toda la isla. La comida súper buena, aunque podrían mejorar el menú de los media pensión (entrada y postre muy básicos) y solo puedes elegir algunos platos del menú. El servicio es bueno, aunque puede mejorar, muchos destacan y otros les falta ganas de estar ahí. Falta un poco de decoración a la barra. Pero en general nuestra experiencia fue súper buena, volveríamos encantados. Recomendadísimo.

La playa es fantastica, hermosa ya que San Andres no tiene hoteles con playa privada, esta no lo es pero su acceso es casi exclusivo. Tiene un bar del hotel donde se puede alojarse con media pension o pension completa, nosotros elegimos media pension ya que ibamos a salir a hacer excursiones y no valia la pena el gasto. Limpieza muy bien, pero el agua de la ducha o grifo es practicamente un hilo. Cada dia dejan una botella de agua potable para consumo Habitacion con frigobar Los precios del restaurante son accesibles como todo san andres. Hay un hombre en el hotel que vende excursiones, recomiendo en paseo del acuario (al cual llevar mucho protector, zapatillas para dentro del agua, y antiparras) al precio de mercado, no es mas economico en el puerto Nos vendio tambien la noche blanca pero ....no la recomiendo. Luego paramos en el centro en otro hotel y la vida es completamente distinta, asi que esta bueno el cambio en la mitad de la estadia

Great location, likely the nicest beach on the island. Breakfast has lots of options and the food was delicious. Room finishes / water pressure are a bit older but when considering the island is still recovering from the 2020 hurricane it's fine. Recommended getting a sea view room if you can, the view is beautiful and we enjoyed the music

Estuvimos 1 semana y nos gustó mucho. Es muy familiar y acogedor Habitaciones cómodas, limpias con algún problema de recambio de toallas. El personal es muy amable en todas las áreas La ubicación sobre la playa divino ( lastima por momentos hay sargazo ) El restaurante bueno La zona es algo alejada del centro pero en pocos minutos llegas incluso alquilan mulan o te consiguen traslado

It was a great experience. Lovely staff and very kind. The seaview in my room was fantastic. Food and drinks of a good quality, that fits for me. Even the Wifi was working on the beach. The beach and sea needs no specific attention....only one word....LOVE IT!! Thanks a lot from the Dutch men. I will be back!

The location of the hotel just in front of Cocoplum Beach is it's best feature. We (couple + kid + grandparents) stayed in a family room. The room was clean and just right for us (two bathrooms, two rooms). The staff was friendly and really helpful. The beach is just perfect to relax and enjoy. The restaurant had a nice selection of delicious dishes. We only had the breakfast included. If you are on a budget with all members of your family having good appetite, then the "media pension" (breakfast + one meal included) might be a better choice.

Spectacular and very friendly attention, delicious food (especially the grilled octopus and the fried fish). the rooms are very close to the beach, they are comfortable and suitable for resting. very good relation cost quality

I loved my stay at Cocoplum and I would definitely recommend it! Let me start off by saying it is a smaller hotel that does need some light updating which is currently happening. However, don't let the other reviews scare you off from this gem! Some people are entitled and I feel bad for them for trying to bash this charming beach hotel. The service is excellent, and the staff was very attentive. The rooms are clean, have cable TV, and the beds are comfortable. Try to get a beachview in advance if you could for extra tranquility. The location is perfect if you are truly seeking a laid back relaxing beach vibe. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and they went out of their way to accommodate our Vegetarian/Vegan needs. The beach is amazing because you are 20 feet away from it, and it does have clear blue waters. The music and atmosphere is very inviting, especially for families and couples alike. There are a few small restaurants and shops outside of the hotel to explore around if you need drinks or snacks. A taxi ride to the center was around $5 so not expensive at all. You can also rent an ATV for the day and they have FREE parking right outside. They do offer tours, and at an affordable rate. I did the aquario and parasiling tour, and they were able to charge it to my credit card on file which was convenient. Now the worst part was the WiFi connection, however if you really are trying to disconnect and have a real beach vacation, this shouldn't really bother you. Just wait to get to the center to upload you pics and videos. Although the best spot to get the signal is by the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat, and I would definitely come back. Great for families and couples alike! Also please keep in mind with the pandemic and the multiple hurricanes that struck the island, it is still recovering. You can't expect to have the same standards vs American or European hotels. If you truly love getting to know about the culture and having an authentic San Andres experience, then this is the hotel for you. But if you want "luxury" go stay at the boring cookie-cutter Intercontinental hotels.
