Everything is good but reception handling person should trained more how to behave guest.

The booking was not pleasant as we have mention that we wanted a non-smoking rooms but at the check-in we are told that smoking rooms was assigned.
However holiday-inn team are great, even the hotel is booked at 100%, they are able to work something out and provide the non-smoking room.
Booking via Trip.com is not 100% guarantee of the room that we wanted, thus please check with hotel each time booking is made, as Trip.com DOES NOT ensure anything as they mention this kind of request we will need to talk to the hotel directly since Trip.com does not have any access to talk to the hotel.

Overall, the stay was fine. Would appreciate it if the international food spread were to include Chinese food. Cleanliness of room could be improved further, especially the toilet. TV programs lack international channels (CNN, CNBC etc) Only ABC is available.

Nice large rooms with nice views . It's on a main highway but very little sound comes up. The restaurant is bright comfortable and never too full. The food is not great but it's good and varied. The staff is pleasant and quick. Beds were comfortable. Limited inhouse entertainment. Good in house food service. Coffee came up piping hot. Didn't use the pool. getting public transport from the hotel was a breeze. Laundry service was also efficient.
