  • Guest user：Just returned from a week here. It ticked every box! The resort is right on the beach, there are two walkways onto the beach. The beach is glorious, clear blue sea and lovely sand. The hotel is perfect for families. The staff work so hard to make sure there is something happening at all times for both children and adults to enjoy. From a foam party to morning yoga. They really do try and ensure there is something for everyone. Check in was easy and quick. Our room was spotless with plenty of space for our family of four. Only downside was the pillows, they aren’t comfortable, so if you like a particular type take your own. Lol. The buffet restaurant has so much choice and again something for everyone. We have members with nut allergies, mostly this is easily seen on the labels. In the separate restaurants (Greek, Spanish and Mexican) it wasn’t so easily figured out. Highly recommend the Greek restaurant, it was our favourite by far and could have eaten there every night. Make sure to book your reservations when you first get there. There is a spa which I went for a massage, it was ok. Nothing spectacular but the staff are helpful and friendly. Again everything is spotless. The pools are great and are cleaned daily. The ground staff work very hard each morning and throughout the day. The hotel tried not to waste anything and I loved its green ethos. There are kids clubs, my children didn’t use them as they were kept busy enough around the pool but it seemed popular. Evening entertainment was better than other places we have stayed on the island. Especially the Disney show, everyone loved it. I can’t applause the staff enough for what long hours they do to keep everyone happy. Special shout out to Rori from the entertainment team, my girls fell in love with her friendly nature. Thanks for a great week. We hope to be back next year
  • Guest user：We’ve just got back from a week at this resort and really loved our time there. The place is so beautiful, clean and the staff are fantastic. Our daughter went to star camp for the first time as she’s just turned 4, she loved the variety and the helpers who were super friendly. I would recommend for families with younger children (6 and under), so much to do and perfect location next to a lovely gentle beach. Only downsides for us… our meal at the Spanish restaurant which was a bit slow (we didn’t manage to book the other restaurants) and the business / noise around the poolside, however there are plenty of quiet areas if you need some space (roof pool was fantastic). All in all 5* holiday and we loved it, thank you so much Iberostar Albufera Park!
  • Guest user：Cleanest hotel Iv ever visited and food was great. What more could you ask for. Rooms beautiful and great for families. Entertainment was entertaining. The kids loved it. Pools are huge with more the enough space for everyone although the towel placing is annoying. This is not the hotels fault it’s the guests. More variety of pool games would have been good. There’s only so much pool carpet you can take. If you have extra suitcase weight take your inflatables with you as the shops will sting you. Staff were so helpful I saw them tackling a lot of problems from picky people extremely well. Supermarkets are only over the road but walk down more the first ones prices are high as they know you will go there. You have access to all facilities in the hotel next door. The beach is a stone throw which is ideal and the sea is crystal clear. The only thing I could moan about is the distance from the airport, if you have small children and silly timed flights. I wish it was closer to Palma airport but you have the benefits of it not being so busy. All in all we have the best most relaxing/ fun filled 2024 holiday! Thank you so much Albufera park/ playa it was a blast.
  • Guest user：We just returned from the most amazing break at Iberostar Albufera Park. Hotel/room The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. Our room was very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. We requested a travel cot as we had a toddler with us and were able to use this in the lounge area as there are blackout curtains in every room. Food We enjoyed the food - very fresh and tasty food. I highly recommend visiting Tamarin for lunch. Children’s options are usually chips, nuggets, burgers etc. but the food for ‘adults’ is fine to share with them too! We were fortunate enough to secure a booking at the Greek restaurant which was lovely - it was impossible to get something via the app as it appeared fully booked but we emailed reception who were very helpful! Good snacks available throughout the day and staff were accommodating in providing milk for my toddler. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have plastic plates/cutlery because my toddler throws food around a lot - like many toddlers do! Entertainment Outstanding for my 4 (almost 5) year old and 18 month old. Full agendas of fun stuff: foam party, games etc. My 4yo loved the kids club ‘Star Camp’. The staff are very bubbly and welcoming. They also put on excellent evening entertainment e.g. outdoor cinema, disco, shows. I understand the hotel are working towards improving their offering for toddlers - the sensory and messy play was brilliant and my toddler enjoyed it. The lady who was facilitating the activity was very experienced and my toddler took an instant liking to her! We also managed to join in with the daily quizzes and the football (which they hosted really well!). Swimming Amazing - very clean, loved the slides and especially enjoyed the baby pool as it meant my toddler could enjoy swimming too. We also visited the rooftop pool which is lovely for the views and the experience. It’s also lovely that staff walk around offering drinks and ice cream. The sun loungers do get busy, but we were able to find a spot every day even though we ventured out quite late. Location The beach is within walking distance and is clean and pleasant! There is also a small park outside (although the one on site is better) and a supermarket. Staff at the supermarket were a bit grumpy/rude but there are plenty of snacks and other holiday essentials (hats, sun creams, pool floats, flip flops etc). They were a bit reluctant to blow up our floats we’d bought from home - perhaps the hotel could look into providing this facility going forward? Overall it was an incredible holiday and very well catered to everyone - families with young kids like myself and those who are travelling without kids too! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. I hope to visit again in the future!
