Not a 4 * at all! Rather middle class… food rather all incl !!!! Service not top unfortunately! Reception shoukd reommend guest to book madsage and rest on time! Besude buffet no choice of rest, more than hapoy to pay any extra but these are limited! Pool too small… no hotel beach…. No privacy swimmup rooms… employees and guest walking around and taki g picture of us in our room.. small tourist train passing in front of the room taling pictures! An absoluteky no go! Yoga every day as per website! Unfortunately only twice a week!!! Well overall concept not top! Sorry!

What a relaxing vacation. Excellent location. We had a beautiful clean room with amazing views. We had a wonderful time and I would like to thank all the stuff that made it possible especially Anna, Stelios, Panagiotis, Andrianna. We also had the privilege to enjoy a few massages . Ms Bukli with her patience suggested the right massage for me and my husband and the rest was left in the divinely wonderful hands of Vasia. My husband had a back pain when we arrived at the hotel and it took only two sessions of massage and the pain was gone. I recommend the hotel and I we are looking forward to visit again soon ??

Great hospitality, relaxing atmosphere, endless greek summer feeling! We will definitely come back next year. Chapeau to the chef - thank you Stratis for a real culinary experience! Keep up the good work. All staff was excellent, top service.

Stayed here for a week food for Dinner was bland and mainly repeated every night desserts were lovely though. Dinner in the A la cart restaurant was Beautiful. Pools are extremely cold which was a disappointment. Beds are comfy, room clean was a bit hit and miss and they would forget towels or to refill coffee and not refill shampoos. Private pools aren’t worth the upgrade as you are overlooked by either a road or other rooms which look directly at you. Our view as entering our room was as below . Overall fancy looking hotel but no with the money .Sissi it’s self is a lovely small village with several nice restaurants and bars in

This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities. The attention to detail in each aspect of the experience truly sets it apart. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Thank you so much and I hope to visit you again!

Absolutely amazing hotel, will definitely be back next year. Different selection of breakfast and dinner everyday, room was very clean and tidy as seen in pictures and the staff were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great time, we definitely recommend it and cannot wait to return next year. Very helpful staff and everything spotless.We really enjoyed our stay, the view to the sea and the cocktails! Sissi is also wonderful and everything is very close to the hotel. Thank you Enorme Santanna Island.

Great time we had excellent food very nice and clean room, wonderful view, so gentle and nice people, bravo to everyone. Although it is the end of the season the staff was very helpful and always smiling.The pool area was very comfortable and the snacks very tasty. We really enjoyed it and for sure we will return soon.

I went with my husband as it was a birthday trip. Staff are lovely I tried to learn the language which they appreciated the food I cannot fault fresh salad fresh food but I do appreciate how the chef really try to accommodate our gluten free/wheat free option they have more to learn.

Le séjour a été en demi-teinte. Les points positifs : l’h?tel offre plusieurs piscines, dont une grande parfaite pour bronzer, le personnel de la restauration est très agréable, et le grand parking est pratique. En revanche, quelques points négatifs : la douche avait l’eau qui stagnait, des travaux bruyants le matin (8h), et une vue sur un chantier. De plus, le massage inclus dans les prestations n’a pas pu être fait en raison d’un manque de disponibilité, ce qui a été très décevant. Malgré tout, nous avons passé un séjour plut?t agréable.
