Неожидали такого уровня номеров от столь разрекламированного в социальных сетях отеля. Прикладываю фото. Поменяли номер с третьей попытки на более менее приемлемый после реновации.
В ресторане официанты только в 50% обращают внимание на просьбы принести напитки.
Анимация слабая, девочки стараются, но вечерние программы скучные.
Про Рождественский ужин не были проинформированы ни на ресепшен отеля, ни от платформы trip.com. В результаты чего остались без праздника и были очень расстроены. Администрация отеля не предложила никаких вариантов устранения произошедшей ситуации.
Море прекрасное, но это не заслуга отеля.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach hervorragend – das Personal war ?u?erst freundlich, respektvoll und stets hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und die Zimmer werden t?glich mit gro?er Sorgfalt gereinigt.
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – abwechslungsreich, frisch und unglaublich lecker.
Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel White Hills jedem w?rmstens empfehlen, der einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Sharm El-Sheikh verbringen m?chte.

It was a lovely hotel. But the miscommunication between the agency and them was ridiculous and got me worried because I could only book for one night. It was cute of the staff to give me a cake to my room as it was my birthday.

オールインクルーシブと思って予約したら、朝食のみのプランを予約していたようで現地でアップグレードしました。予約の際、わかりやすいようにしてほしいです。

Hotel is good but not the best.. it’s to boring on the evenings.. very light animation team, likes for me in Sharm El sheikh there are hotels better then this ones at this price.. also room has not good repairs..if you go close you can find a lot of disadvantages I. Rooms in swimming pools.. There a lot of people who can smoke close to you in the restaurants -nobody do something with this.. I think this hotel not cost these money!

It was really nice and the room was at the sea view which was fantastic. The whole resort was amazing just the cocktails sometimes tasted bad

White hills resort is astonishing. The view, the room, restaurant is superb. I dont need to review much. Just enjoy my camera roll from the resort. The only thing i want to highlight is their service. All staff are doing a good job, they are so passionate to serve the guests. Shoutout to my butler Mahmoud, he is amazing. He will be ready at your door whenever you need anything. I love the professionalism, the energy and enthusiasm in his work. And to Louerla, what a nice lady you are. Keep that sincere smile. Good job guys
