The hotel was so dirty, so many blood stains on bed sheet, we requested to change to the new one and still some stains was there, seems like they need to change their bed sheet. Found many hairs in the room also, the cleaner should clean more! Price was affordable and have good view from window. The Hot water was fine but need time to make it hot. Floor was clean but can be improved, the furniture was old and dump, can be improved.

Staff ramah, proses check in dan checkout cepat tanpa menunggu lama. Dapat free upgrade kamar. Untuk anak 5th dikenakan biaya sarapan 35rb.

Pelayanan ramah,, suasana tenang dan hening.. Nyaman sekali.. AC dingin.. Lokasi dekat bukit jadi sejuk.. Kolam renang ada. Untuk dewasa dan anak... Tempat tidur pun nyaman

Untuk staycation enak bgt sih walupun lokasinya di semarang atas dan agak susah kalo mau keluar hotel. overall bagus sih rekomen buat stay lama di semarang

Great hotel actually, nice pool and breakfast, but the building and interior is a little bit old that I’m not really into it. Many cracks at the wall and floor that not looks good. Its located in a local residences, not too close to the center of the city.
