Wir waren in diesem Jahr schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und k?nnen es wirklich mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Vom Empfang über den Roomservice bis hin zum Service im Restaurant und der Bar - alle Mitarbeiter sind mega freundlich und au?ergew?hnlich hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und auch gro?. Wir haben immer ein Legendenzimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum Park und sind damit mehr als zufrieden. Wir waren schon in einigen Hotels in Kitzbühel aber hier fühlen wir uns seit einiger Zeit schon sehr wohl. Ja - aufgrund der zentrumsnahen Lage, kann es natürlich zur Stra?e hin auch mal etwas lauter sein, dafür ist man aber mit wenigen Schritten direkt in der Stadt und kann das Flair von Kitzbühel auch sofort genie?en. Bei sch?nem Wetter ist der Gartenbereich ge?ffnet und man kann das sehr gute Frühstück auch drau?en genie?en. Die Damen vom Frühstücksservice sind an Nettigkeit nicht zu überbieten und machen gerne jeden Wunsch m?glich. Erw?hnenswert sind natürlich auch die komfortablen, kostenfreien Parkm?glichkeiten am Hotel, die auch nicht bei jedem Hotel in Kitzbühel in der Form gegeben sind.
Ich bewerte hier das Restaurant, welches meiner Meinung nach in Kitzbühel manchmal zu wenig Beachtung findet. Man isst hier immer auf konstant gutem Niveau mit fairer Kalkulation. Zum Teil ?sterreichische Klassiker,aber oft auch moderne und überraschende Alternativen. Sch?ne Weinkarte, ebenfalls seri?s kalkuliert. Dazu ein nettes und freundliches Service und -auch nach dem Umbau-ein gemütliches Ambiente mit Terrasse in bester Lage. In diesem Segment für mich in der Innenstadt das beste Restaurant.
Sehr sch?nes Hotel, perfekt gelegen zum schlendern durch dass St?dtchen oder für Touren auf den Berg. Geniales Frühstück wo es alles gibt was das Herz begehrt. Haben auch das Essen im Restaurant genossen, kleine Karte aber was gebracht wird, sehr schmackhaft. Die Zimmer sch?n stimmig eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten und mal ein Hotel mit genügend Kleiderbügel und Stauraum
Very nice hotel with high quality staff, beautiful rooms and good food. Located in the heart of the wonderful and cosy city. Absolutely worth enjoying when in Kitzbühel. We had a super stay - loved the breakfast!!
Das Zimmer war unglaublich sch?n! Wundersch?ner Ausblick in Richtung Zentrum und zur Kirche. Nur in der Nacht war es wegen der Hotelbar ziemlich laut (muss dazu sagen, dass auch eine Veranstaltung vor Ort stattfand) Das Frühstück war sehr lecker nur sind wir in Vorarlberg etwas mehr Auswahl gewohnt…uns haben verschiedene Aufstriche gefehlt oder mehr Auswahl bei Wurst und K?se. Für den Preis h?tten wir uns mehr erwartet. Mehr Regionales oder auch Hausgemachtes.
The location is amazing very close to both the city center and also very close to the most popular ski lift, staff is also very friendly and the room we had stayed in was very nice with a beautiful view. I recommend 100%
Excellent hotel in location ,.standard of accommodation and dining experience.The only problem we encountered and it was quite upsetting was that the hotel did not provide evening meals on the Sunday and Monday, (we had booked on a half board basis) informing us of this on checkin Saturday.They explained alternative arrangements had been made in 2 close by hotels.They also explained that the meals would be of the same high standard as Das Reisch.On Suday we went to the designated hotel and were presented a separate menu comprising a choice of 2 starters, 2 main course and 2 desserts,not only inferior to the menu offered by Das Reisch but indeed inferior the the quite exstensive menu offered to regular diners at the designated hotel.It was my wife's 60th birthday on the Monday so on the basis of what was offered by the first designated hotel we chose not to risk the monday designated hotel and dined at our own expense some where else.Das Reisch failed to provide an acceptable alternative for our much anticipated dining experience and this was very disappointing considering we other wise had a lovely experience at this hotel.
Location, facilities, food and above all the staff at the hotel are absolutely the best! Stayed here for the last days before New Years and the New Years night. Enjoyed everything and will def be back!

Very good hotel. Conveniently located - practically at center of the city, with close proximity to Hahnenkamm ski lift. Staff is great! Very responsive and accommodating. Excellent restaurant (reservation is required) and bar at the hotel.
We had a delicious dinner at the dining room. It was such a lovely break from the typical Austrian dishes. The dining room is a beautiful space and the staff was very friendly as well as accommodating.
