    • Guest：2nd time we are staying in this hotel. Located right at the entrance of the high speed train at the Chamartin station. This time we got a room in the highest floor. One little comment is the lack of plug in the room (to charge our phones). And also beware some constructions are ongoing from 9 am at the ground level and are quite loud. Not the hotel fault though.
    • Guest：Perfect location btw 2 trains Or if u take the train for airport Otherwise nothing to do around Modern unpersonal hotel
    • Guest：Straight out of the train station with direct access to all transport. Can access the city easily and there are shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has restaurants and access to hot drinks. The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
    • Guest：Hotel Chamartín The One is conveniently located directly above Chamartín Train Station, a major regional transfer hub, making it easily accessible for travelers. However, the availability of amenities is limited. The hotel staff were not particularly welcoming and often did not greet guests. The property itself is quite dated, with several areas showing signs of poor maintenance.
