The hotel and spa had excellent costomer service. I have been here twice a year for the past five years and also restaurant service is excellent so good

We stayed at Kaya Palazzo Kartalkaya for four days with our family and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Our room was beautiful; sptless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. You can feel the sense of luxury in every detail, without it ever feeling forced or overdone. What genuinely surprised us was the food. We have stayed in many luxury hotels before, but the food here was by far the best we’ve experienced. Every meal was exceptional, clearly made with fresh, high-quality local ingredients. You could really taste the care, balance, and creativity in each dish. Executive Chef Erdem, together with Serkan Chef, has built an outstanding kitchen team, and it shows in every detail. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Restaurant Manager Ramazan and his team for their professionalism and friendliness, which made every dining experience even more enjoyable. This was one of those stays where everything simply feels right. We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommended.

Шикарный отель в горах с очень красивыми видами! Очень красивые и уютные номера! Атмосфера волшебной зимней сказки! Очень вкусный ресторан! Вся команда сотрудников очень старается окружить Вас вниманием и заботой! Даже ботинки застёгивают за Вас и лыжи с палками подадут и уберут! Хочу выразить искреннюю благодарность за наше прекрасное настроение и вкусные блюда всей команде ресторан и лично Ali ihsan, Yunus, Ibrahim, Ali, Serkan! И конечно же нашему любимому Emir, за вниманием и заботу о нас! Вы большие молодцы! Успехов Вам и процветания! Вы настоящие профессионалы своего дела! Excellent ski-in&out hotel!
Stayed again after some 8 years, happy to see the quality of hotel's services have only improved. We enjoyed our stay a lot. If I have to criticise, I can only comment keeping room heaters down a bit. We simply love not needing to leave the hotel premises for anything..

Very beatiful place with delishes food and cool mountains for skiing. Thank you all hotel team for unforgetteble holiday and my birthday. Special Thanks to skiing trainer Mert and our guest relation Manager Edip bey, both of them very profesional.

Lobby Ali & Busra very good looby ekip. She is the best customer agent. And she did help us with everything we needed I hope she finds the best in her life. And the manger Sukri also helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is perfect we had the best time in Bolu.

The service was top notch, and the staff were great. Our host Edip was very welcoming and spoke English well, made us feel at home. The servers were always helpful such as Ozge, Younes and Fekrat. The kids ski instructors were great with the kids as they helped them learn ski in two days including Mustafa, Mat. Etunch, the manager of the ski instructors was a great communicator with us and the kids. Definitely a great resort to visit.
