Daytime staff specially the lady supervisor that I forgot taking notes of her was helpful, assisting to activate my local sim by prepaying using her own account. The past midnight staff weren’t as nice, accommodated me in the lower floor with a banging electronic sound from the bar downstairs until 3am, meanwhile I requested for a higher floor.

Awesome hotel. Breakfast pork can be placed separately with bigger sign.

Excellent location and stay!!! Easy hassle free check in.. Efficient reception and staffs.. Cleanliness is commendable.. toilets need to get upgraded ??

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us well and assisted us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities and rooms were okay. For $70/night including taxes, we were expecting a better-kept room and area. The lobby was honestly one of the nicest parts of the hotel. The pool and gym were maintained but looked old. The room was also very dated and there was rust and grim on the metal taps and drains and the pain jobs were visible on the walls and hallways. Some of the furniture was breaking or bending. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout drapes were perfect. The staff accommodated us with a late checkout and an additional night when we extended our stay.

I recently stayed at The Park Hotel in Chennai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a modern, stylish vibe with excellent service. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was luxurious, and housekeeping was prompt.
The dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to both Indian and international tastes.
The location is ideal, close to major business hubs and shopping areas like Anna Salai. The staff was courteous and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant.
The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend The Park Hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

This is my 2nd stay in this hotel its location is very good traffic will depends an the time you travel
Early morning check out to airport like 8 am flight
The hotel breakfast starts at 7 am no way u can have break fast for 8 to 9.30am flight as u keep at least 40 mins to an hour to travel to airport
As for the rooms its all ok for me
