The hotel is amazing, located in a quiet, beautiful area allows you to really relax and unwind from a crazy, stressful life. Spectacular colors of the ocean, garden, exquisite cuisine are the images we took with us. Spacious, large, comfortable villa with its own beach, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fireplace by the ocean gave us intimacy and wonderful rest. Every day, our bar was refilled free of charge and the villa was cleaned twice a day. The staff of the facility was extremely nice and helpful. We wanted to thank you very much for the wonderful, festive time spent together with you, Christmas Eve on the beach will remain in our memory forever. Huge thanks to all the staff, starting from the manager through the cook, restaurant service, cleaning ladies and HAPPY from the SPA. The hotel provided us with transport to and from the airport. Also, the hotel took us on a beautiful boat ride to the sunset as part of our stay, providing us with sandwiches, sweets, drinks, towels and care. We are convinced that we will definitely come back to you, you are the best hotel we have ever been to. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas time, we highly recommend this place.

I visited with family ( 2 kids, one being an infant). We had the best time, my infant is a picky eater however her meals were nicely prepared that she would eat everything. This gave me the comfort to truly enjoy my time at the resort.

We have just left this outstanding resort. From the second we arrived we was greeted with cold towels, fresh coconut water and a bouquet of flowers for me and my daughter. The villa was amazing along with the grounds and views. The chef Keith made us the most amazing meals of our choice and even took us on a tour of the island and baked cookies with my little girl. From sending a message on WhatsApp within minutes what ever you needed arrived at our door. I’ve been to some amazing places and hotels in the world and I have hands down never experienced service food and hospitality like this. Second to non and we will most definitely be back. Thankyou to all at the Safira blu resort for the most memorable stay x

Séjour magique dans une des quelques magnifiques villas du Safira Blu dont je garderai un souvenir mémorable. Lieu intime et paisible, tres belle décoration et atmosphère dans tout le resort et la villa Calme du lieu fort agréable, y compris dans les restaurants. vue superbe sur la mer Villas somptueuses avec équipement de grand standing Personnel exceptionnel, j’ai rarement vu un sens du service aussi fort. Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, réactive, prévenante, généreuse et souriante. Francaise exigeante je dois dire que j’ai été comblée tout le séjour. Chef au top : à tous les repas nous étions conquis par sa cuisine savoureuse de grand niveau. Nous étions en all inclusive et nous n’avons pas regretté. Vins et cocktails de qualité. Un massage au spa très agréable également Aucune critique à formuler envers cet établissement tout était absolument parfait Bref foncez vous ne serez pas dé?ue. Pour ma part, j espère avoir la chance de pouvoir y revenir un jour!

Juste incroyable ! Sincèrement, jamais nous n'avions connu une telle qualité de service, de la part de l'ensemble du personnel autant que par les équipements et services fournis. Nous avons loué Boardwalk pendant 4 nuits. Villa magnifique, vue incroyable. La restauration est excellent et le chef Keith est extrêmement sympathique et attentionné. La seule remarque moins positive, liée à la nature même de Zanzibar, c'est qu'il n'est pas possible de se baigner à marée basse et que même à marée haute il est prudent à certains endroits de mettre les chaussures adaptées que vous propose, bien entendu, SafiraBlu. Vous pouvez y aller, les yeux fermés !!

This is the best resort in all of Africa, spectacular and world-class in every way! Just 12 villas nestled in over 100 acres of land, every possible amenity is there, wonderful restaurants, chef Keith and manager Ahmed were personally attending to our every needs!

We have had the chance to stay at many high-standard 5-star luxuries hotels and resorts around the world, but we have never experienced such exceptional service before. The attention, kindness, and perfection that surround us here at SafiraBlu are incredible and indescribable. Every member of the staff is amazing, working with such heart and soul. They anticipate our every wish. As for the food, it is simply a miracle. Keith, the chef, prepares dishes according to any need and taste. Cross-contamination-free gluten-free meals, personalized menus for breakfast and dinner. The meat, vegetables, and fruit come from their own organic garden. Everything is fresh and of Michelin-star quality. We highly recommend this place, it is a paradise on Earth. Everything is beautiful, clean, and modern. The view is stunning, and the ocean is an amazing greenish-blue. This is the best place we have ever been to! Thank you, SafiraBlu, thank you, Keith, Lucas, Malay, Isaac, Kathrin, and everyone! What an unbelievable honeymoon we had at Safira Blu. We were accommodated at late notice and met by Harry and the team, checked in promptly after giving only 1hr notice of arrival (a long story) and were given a choice of two outstanding villas The villas are beautifully appointed, each with great privacy and ours was extremely spacious with an amazing outdoor area with breathtaking views of the ocean and the beach with private steps leading to the beach which is just idyllic The beach is so private and most of the time it felt like we were the only people there- just perfect for a honeymoon The staff are all so accommodating, every wish is attended to so quickly and the service is immaculate The star of the show though is Keith the head chef, such an asset to this hotel, he not only is head chef he went out of his way to make sure we felt special. His cooking though is just something else- world class and on one night the team arranged a beach table for us and on another Keith set up a table in the kitchen and allowed us to meet his team- just next level personal service Harry managed every other need so well. The Masai guys make you feel safe although to be fair the estate is super secure and remote If you are visiting Zanzibar for a special occasion or just a great romantic holiday, you must visit this hotel- the most enjoyable travel experience I have ever had and the team completely made our honeymoon Well done guys, we will be back!

I usually do not leave reviews unless I feel very strongly about something. I'm leaving a review for Safira Blu because it is absolutely amazing and it deserves a review. The villas are oceanfront, large and spacious, and very clean. The location guarantees privacy, but if you want to be around a lot of people, there are two other beaches nearby where you can jet ski, have a sunset cruise, visit a market, etc. The food was so fresh and delicious. Keith will make sure that your palate has what it desires. The drinks were out of this world because they are made with fresh ingredients and juices. The icing on the cake is that their service is top tier. Harry made sure that every detail was in place. My husband and I travel lot and we know luxury. THIS IS IT! Book it and thank me later.

My friend and I just ended our stay at Safirablu and our experience was a 10/10. As someone who travels very frequenty, I can be quite particular about my accomodations and Safirablu far exceeded my expectations. The villas were huge, very clean, and stocked with snacks and drinks. We loved our private pool and space overlooking the sea. The hotel grounds were equally beautiful. The pool was lovely and it was so nice to have a quiet and private beach. The service was amazing and all of the staff members (too many to name) were professional and kind. Chef Kevin’s food was excellent. We could tell how passionate he is about his job. I am grateful for the tour he gave me of the grounds and the garden and was so pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel is very self sustainable. Harry was a huge help in organizing our transfers and offering recommendations and Mr. Juma was constantly ensuring that everything was smooth and that we were comfortable. We also received massages from Esther which were amazing. As two women traveling we felt incredibly safe and secure. Thank you Safirablu for an amazing stay and experience. This was exactly the R&R we were looking for! I will be back and plan to share my experience with friends and family!
