I really like this hotel with the room, perfect pool, breakfast and quiet environment. The pool is relaxing and I did stay all day long. The hotel is very close to Patong beach... 5 mins away from hotel. Great stay in Fusion and reasonable price.

性價比極高，唯獨最後一晚沒有熱水沖涼，其他都很好，酒店有免費泊車，方便自駕游人士入住，因為地點比較偏僻，去芭東沙灘大約十五分鐘到。

酒店嘅地理位置好唔方便喺條好危險嘅斜路側邊冇辦法行去市中心一定要搭車但系酒店好新凈 gym Room好大泳池都幾靚但比我再去就唔會揀呢間

優點：價位合理，早餐好吃。除此之外完全沒有五星級的感受，是我住過最多狀況的酒店。非凡国际入住後10分鐘，飯店人員似乎搞錯，又帶著另一個組客人「直接」開啟了非凡国际的房門，非凡国际當下只感受到驚嚇！讓非凡国际接下來都很害怕隱私問題，向柜臺反應只有道歉而已。在入住第三天早晨6:40突然房間內電話響了兩聲後又消失，讓非凡国际在睡夢中嚇醒！疑似是柜臺搞錯房間打錯電話？之後又大大影響了非凡国际的睡眠? 酒店完全沒有爭對這些問題提供補償及安撫，但卻讓非凡国际的入住品質大打折扣！！絕對不推薦也不想再入住。

My recent stay at Fusion Suites in Patong, Thailand, was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and amenities the hotel offered. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm welcome set the tone for what was to be a memorable vacation. Initially, there was a slight hiccup with our room type, but the hotel staff were quick to rectify the situation, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. Their efficient and accommodating nature made the process seamless, ensuring we were comfortably settled in no time. The error was regrettable made by ourselves but Trip.com and the hotel staff more than helpful in trying to resolve the error! ?? One of the highlights of our stay was the daily shuttle service provided by the hotel, offering convenient access to Patong Beach and the bustling Jungceylon Mall. This thoughtful service allowed us to explore the local area with ease, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The location of the hotel is on a hill so it’s the perfect getaway from the bustling streets of Patong!???? The culinary experience at Fusion Suites was impressive. The food available at the hotel was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the skill and attention to detail of the kitchen staff. Each meal was a delight, contributing to the overall excellence of our stay. The spa at Fusion Suites was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering massages at reasonable prices. The quality of the treatments and the serene atmosphere provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing us to unwind and rejuvenate during our vacation. Our room, equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi, was the cherry on top of our stay. It provided a private oasis where we could relax and enjoy the tropical ambiance, making our experience even more special. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Miss Mook, who cleaned our room daily with a smile. Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for her contribution to making our stay comfortable. In conclusion, Fusion Suites in Patong is a gem that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Thailand. The combination of excellent service, convenient amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. We enjoyed our stay at Fusion suites, however the shuttle bus to Patong Beach got quite full. Would be nice if they had it more frequently. The room itself was nice, mostly clean (the chairs and curtains were stained), but the service was great. They led us from the lobby to our rooms. We got the outdoor jacuzzi suite which was decent. The stay also included a free rooftop welcome drink. I felt like for the days we booked we had overpaid but that’s what we get for booking so close to the date. ??

房間挺大的，還有浴缸，超過我的想象，小環境營造的也蠻好，有游泳池，還可以看到一部分海景。餐廳不如五星級酒店那樣鋪成一大片，但是該有的都有，早餐種類都涉及到了，多個三五十元帶雙人早餐非常有性價比，小朋友需要補早餐費，每天大約人民幣三十，早餐人不多，用餐感受很好。五百多的價格真的覺得很不錯。唯一就是衞生做的一般，枕頭有味道，提出需求也很快能夠響應。

If u coming with extra child. Pls bear the cost of 1200bhat/ each kids. hotel policies allowed 2 adult + 1 kid only Staff were friendly and attentive. Room spacious with great amenities. Location 5min to Halal Eateries. Nurul Mosque. Provided by hotel Free Shuttle to Patong beach.
