Early about 2 weeks before started off the trip, I have left message to trip.com about addition extra bed arrangement and trip replied this is already sent on behalf. However ，when the day approached at check in counter , hotel said they never received any message .. staff is efficient , she quickly acknowledged housekeeping to arrange ????。 Welcome Drink is provided?? Pool access room is located far at the end of the building, not close to either restaurant or lobby. Room is not too spacious, the worse is the flow of water in shower is too weak and the hot water can not adjusted!
Daily buffet breakfast is arranged but everyday needed to queue up and always full of guests. The access pool is nice, a pool bar is served. There are 2 others pools in hotel which are also nice . Beach is right a cross the road.
During check out time at noon, check out and check in is a Mess , as both are at the same time, management should arrange check out in one counter and check in at the other counter, to be Not to delay the journeys of the guests.

Good service, good location. Well maintained facilities and environment. The pool side bar food and drink is so affordable. My family love it so much! It's also so close to Karen beach.

Excellent location. The staff is very friendly. Room cleaning is of high quality. The rooms are spacious. A very good hotel just a step away from Karon beach. A good option for families with children (there is a mini zoo, water slides, swimming pools).

We booked standard room is walk far away, location is not so convenient but my son love the petting zoo so much.

怎麼説呢，酒店環境、服務人員都很不錯，進門主動提行李，退房時在花園里看到非凡国际推著大箱子也會主動過來幫忙。唯一美中不足的就是酒店設施相對有點老舊，空調聲音是有點響的，我住的直通泳池房，對著馬路，夜晚摩托車聲音倒也還好，酒店周邊也算方便，酒店後門靠近眼鏡店隔壁一家排擋味美價廉??，酒店泳池很多，適合游泳和玩耍，還有喂小動物的活動，酒店的小花園也很美麗，我在這里的體驗還是不錯的。

Lovely Stay at the Thavorn Palm. 2 min walk away from Karon beach and 5 mins on Tuk Tuk/taxi to Kata town. Breakfast very nice with a wide range. Really good selection of pools as our almost 3 year old loved the animal feeding area (10-11am and 4-5pm times) she wanted to go twice a day. Playroom was useful on the Rainy days as the animals won’t be fed if the weather is bad.

We had a brilliant time at The Thavorn Palm Beach. Had a great welcome and hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room, new section, overlooking Beach Bar Pool. Room was super clean, fab beds, lovely well appointed bathroom and balcony to sit out overlooking beach and pool.
Pools were great, location superb as we enjoyed walking into Karon at night. Hotel located away from noise of main centre. Breakfast had good choice and we LOVED the petting zoo!

The resort is super nice. Colorful parks, nice pool area's. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Nice dinner area and delicious food. Prices are good and not overpriced.
