Although our stay was fabulous and worthy of the overall five stars. I would give four stars for Rooms and Service as some areas do need improvements. Samer the F&B Manager is a credit to the hotel. Under very difficult times too, considering Covid and tourists being wary of the area. He is very responsive and open to constructive criticism. Any complaints we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Housekeeping needs to be more consistent with a checklist for all rooms. There were no bath robes, only 2 bath towels, one pair of slippers and no coffee pods on our arrival. The shower and balcony were not cleaned regularly and more toiletries had to be requested. Housekeeping responded promptly and were always friendly and polite. But for a five star property these services are an expectation. Food was good but a bit hit and miss and repetitive at times. Especially if a guest is staying for longer than three days. The plates need to be warm at every service. The soaked muesli kept in a chiller or on ice, and replenished regularly. With more choice of cereals offered. It would be nice to have a larger selection of fresh fruit available at breakfast like bananas, grapes etc...Meat sitting too long in hot dishes was dry at times so needs to be monitored. Waiting staff were friendly and polite but do need to be more aware of their surroundings and clear tables and replace cutlery promptly. Also be aware of spillages on the floors. Especially from the coffee machines.... The hotel is very close to the entrance to Petra. An easy short stroll past shops and restaurants. A bit of a hill up to the hotel entrance though! But good exercise.. Comfortable bedrooms with lovely views in the distance and great sunsets. The hotel public areas are clean with a wonderful fragrance. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. Raja booked a fabulous day out in Wadi Rum for us. Thank you Raja... A special mention for the always smiling Eyaz who kept us fuelled with Hibiscus tea. And his special yummy tea on our departure. A truly wonderful asset to the hotel....Thank you Eyaz Although the leisure area is nice with the pool, jacuzzi and sauna available. Sadly the Turkish bath was not working. The outside relaxing patio areas definitely need improvement as very concrete and uncared for at present! Some greenery and better lounge furniture would help.... This hotel has so much potential. Hopefully as tourism improves investment will too...Can definitely recommend a visit to the amazing City of Petra. And a stay at the H Luxury Hotel. Happy Xmas to all the team ??

Clean and very new. Some rooms have great view. The staff are friendly and the hotel came with all the required amenities like a jacuzzi.

Short walk to Petra Visitor center
Hotel and stuff are wonderful. Whirlpool and sauna are nice to have after long day

The hotel was excellently located and we could walk the easy 300m to the entrance to Petra. The room was well maintained and very comfortable and the mountain view was beautiful. We loved the pool and the sauna, and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day hiking at Petra. The included breakfast was good, but the service was inconsistent, and didn't live up to expectations as we were told it started at 6.30am, only to arrive to be told to come back later, and many items were not available. Additionally, not replenishing shower gel when it runs out showed a lack of attention to detail. The hotel has great potential and just needs to organise itself to live up to its luxury claim.

Es un hotel muy lindo muy familiar con excelente servicio, habitaciones cómodas y modernas, los restaurantes muy buenos y la comida excelente , variedad y atención lo mejor de Mohamed y Barash hicieron de nuestra estadía algo especial , la zona de piscina, sauna y jacuzzi impecable . Cerca del visitors centers para llevar a la maravillosa PETRA

Magnífico hotel de 5 estrellas . Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias.Bien decorado. El ba?o muy completo con una ducha inmejorable. El servicio muy amable y eficiente. Los desayunos y las cenas de calidad con una oferta variada.El café excelente. Muy recomendable.
