We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.?

位置和环境都很好，服务也很好，让人满意的酒店，就是要注意带小孩要加费用，注意看小童政策。

A really enjoyable stay here with its excellent location, nice service covering the city introduction since the first day we arrived and daily room maintenance.

酒店位置很好，但是衞生条件完全不符合五星级酒店的标准，进门的时候就发现了一只蚊子，靠近排风口的地方还有蜘蛛网。最可怕的是被子内衬上还有黑色灰尘……淋雨的热水温度也很不稳定，低温出水不足，一定要加大热水才能出水更多，但温度太高了
