We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.?

位置和環境都很好，服務也很好，讓人滿意的酒店，就是要注意帶小孩要加費用，注意看小童政策。

A really enjoyable stay here with its excellent location, nice service covering the city introduction since the first day we arrived and daily room maintenance.

酒店位置很好，但是衞生條件完全不符合五星級酒店的標準，進門的時候就發現了一只蚊子，靠近排風口的地方還有蜘蛛網。最可怕的是被子內襯上還有黑色灰塵……淋雨的熱水溫度也很不穩定，低溫出水不足，一定要加大熱水才能出水更多，但溫度太高了
