Very nice design of common spaces, modern, airy, warm, inviting. Great service at the front desk, amazing breakfast included with our award stay. Room slightly oddly designed long, narrow and small, so the TV was on the side wall vs. bed. No space for desk or chair in the room but nice bar area plus balcony with table and built in seat. The location is great if one wants to play golf, use beautiful spa or sit at the pool. For sightseeing Marbella, Puerto Banus, Casares etc. it is bit out of the way, and not easily accessible from the motorway.

The hotel is beautiful, the service was great and breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint is that because the children's pool is not open, the area around the pool (which is supposed to be for children 12+) is full of children shouting and screaming which is not that relaxing.

The hotel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the staff are always happy and eager to help and assist. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was large, spacious, beautifully designed, and with a large terrace. Breakfast was superb with a good variety of options of eggs, fruit, pasties, bread, meats, cheese, smoked salmon, yogurts, fruit juices and coffees. The pool area in October was not crowded, and there didn’t seem to be a rush to put your towels on the bed as there seem to be a large number of sun beds available. The only negative was the quality of the food at the restaurant for dinner which wasn’t worth the price. There is also adequate parking, which is free. All in all, a really nice destination Hotel

Really excellent hotel - exceeded expectations and staff were amazing. Great Facilities. Relaxed and very comfortable and setting was great. Rooms fab. Great Concierge and area is lovely. Very attentive staff. Would definitely go back again.

Wir haben 6 wundersch?ne Tage im La Zambra verbringen dürfen und haben das Hotel von der ersten Sekunde an geliebt. Die einzigartige Lage und der tolle Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft geben dem Hotel eine ganz besondere Atmosph?re. Die Entspannung setzt hier sehr schnell ein, da man fernab von den trubeligen St?dten Marbella und Malaga eine himmlische Ruhe findet. Und trotzdem ist man mit einem Mietwagen, den ich unbedingt empfehlen würde, in nur 30 bis 40 Minuten in der n?chsten gro?en Stadt. Für uns die perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung und Sightseeing. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Service hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war traumhaft, wir hatten von der 3. Etage einen tollen Panoramablick und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank für dieses besondere Erlebnis, wir kommen gerne wieder ??

I should say we had a lovely time generally but given the 5* reviews it certainly didn’t live up to our expectations. My main issue was breakfast. I had no idea what was going on and I don’t think the staff did either. Pot luck if you got served in 2 mins or 20 mins. Some days you’re offered coffee some not, sometimes it took 20 mins to arrive. Staff didn’t seem to have zones just headless chickens with no real management. The buffet spread was 3* not 5* and the food you could order off menu was the worst eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. We also ate in the same restaurant one night and the service was really poor, they kept forgetting about us, we were going to get pudding but after waiting for so long we just decided to settle up. The rooms were lovely, we got an upgrade which was great and daily room service was fab. The shower did go from hot to scolding but you got about 20 seconds of each so you learnt to manage it. Drinks and service in the pool bar were great, staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. The adults pool did have kids around which was a little annoying and all but 4 sets of sun loungers are on grass. Overall we had a nice time but the breakfast every morning was a real issue and should usually be the sign of a good hotel!

En una palabra "Excepcional"... Tuve el placer de hospedarme en el Hotel La Zambra y este lugar es majestuoso y tranquilo, el sitio ideal para descansar y relajarse, ya sea en solitario o en familia. Las instalaciones son impresionantes con un ambiente de paz y serenidad que realmente permite desconectar del ajetreo diario. Su maravilloso personal, su alegría, su responsabilidad y respeto son de destacar, Me voy feliz, es un lugar al que espero regresar pronto. Recomendado 100% ---

El complejo de Golf super cuidado, el Spa super limpio y muy buenas i stalaciones, la ropa de cama de lo mejorcito que he probado, la limpieza super bien, muy respetuosas con los horarios del cliente. Los camareros que atienden en El Restaurante el Palmito , en especial Adriàn y Fran, son estupendos y serviciales, sin quitar agradecimiento a todos los miembros del Restaurante y la recepciòn del Hotel. Varias piscinas para diafrutar relajadamente en familia o en soledad leyendo un libro. Recomendable 100%
