    • Guest user：Pros: -Great location - close to hikes, and great restaurants, all walkable. Pontresina itself is a charming little Swiss town, much more so than saint Moritz in my opinion -Impeccable service - I can't stress enough how attentive every single person was -They give you public transportation passes, easily worth $50 per person per day -Beautiful castle like architecture. The hotel it's self is very picturesque - best hotel breakfast I've had in Europe Cons : - there is no air-conditioning. In summer months it's really hard to get a good night's rest. You can't just open a window because there's a swarm of bugs. To their credit, they did provide a fan, but that really didn't get it done. We were there 3 nights, with a baby, barely slept - the room itself was small and just really old. The fridge didn't work
    • Guest user：Wonderful hotel with a friendly welcoming staff. We spent two days in Switzerland after spending the majority of our trip in Northern Italy. We had delicious meals served by incredibly friendly professional staff. Enjoyed the spa, pool, tea cakes and the lounge. Would definitely return. We wish we could have stayed longer.
    • Guest user：This was our fourth hotel on our European vacation and definitely the most elegant. Always quick to respond to emails in making reservations. Our room with a wonderful balcony view was exquisite — sitting area, wonderful bed, and even double sinks in the well thought out bathroom. Service was impeccable from check in to check out. The owners were on site and eager to meet their guests. The guest pass allowed you free bus passages, cable cars and much more. First class in every way.
    • Guest user：Hotel Walther is extraordinary, the host is very attentive to her guests, with personalised service. Swimming in the pool before breakfast, finished with a spa provided a perfect start to the day. The styling is superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Deborah & Maxine
