  • Guest：Staff was excellent, breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and the view was impeccable.
  • Guest：My husband and I stayed at this property for one night and loved every minute of our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The views were incredible! Our room overlooked the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley so it was a wonderful view. I wish I had more time to stay longer.
  • Guest：The lighting over the desk did not work and despite a promise to attend to it, by 9pm it didn't happen. A request for a non slip mat for the bath to enable a safe step for the shower did not happen. Burnt and over cooked fish was served for dinner, upon rejection by myself the dish was given to another member of our travel group! I Quickly informed them that they had been served my rejected dish and our tour Director spoke to the kitchen staff who eventually replaced the rejected meal with a properly cooked meal. I have travelled extensively have never experienced such disgusting service, I was absolutely abhorred. While all the other Hotel staff were obliging my advise would be to stay any where else.
