The Vista is a fabulous, elegant boutique 5 star hotel in prime central location in Verona Old Town. It is probably 3 years old and as a result is very smartly and stylishly appointed. The decor is modern with a fine touch. It is bijou and compact and so does not have vast expansive lounges and dining rooms but rather a more intimate feel. The hotel is brilliantly managed and the culture of client service prevails across all the staff. There is a friendliness and attentiveness that shines from the people at the front door to the cleaning staff, the bar and breakfast waiters. It was noticeable how personal the whole experience was made for the guests. The front desk staff were charming / likeable and always keen and available to help sort Verona trips / restaurants and events. We had exceptional service from Andrea, Anxhela, Massimo and Alessandra on front desk, all of whom were charming. This is a 5 star hotel with 5 star staff that delivers a 5 star experience.

L’ospitalità è impeccabile: il personale è attento, cortese e sempre disponibile, rendendo ogni momento speciale. L’aperitivo servito sulla terrazza panoramica è un’esperienza da non perdere: un’ampia selezione di drink accompagnati da stuzzichini raffinati, il tutto con una vista mozzafiato sulla città. Le camere sono eleganti e confortevoli, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che fa la differenza. La possibilità di gustare la colazione direttamente in camera aggiunge un tocco di lusso e comodità al soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente VISTA Verona a chiunque desideri vivere un’esperienza di soggiorno unica nel cuore di Verona.

The staff were exceptional. Alessandra welcomed hs upon aririval witn personal flair and excellence. Jemima was so hospitable on the rooftop for our afternoon happy hours. David was so helpful to share local hotspots to visit durimg our walks. The room, the choice of comfy pillows with lavendar spray were all fabulous! I will be back asap! Chris

Un soggiorno eccellente! L’hotel è curato in ogni dettaglio, con uno staff straordinario: attento, cortese e sempre disponibile, qualità rare. La suite è incantevole, la colazione deliziosa e il terrazzo piacevole. Ed il ragazzo che ci ha accolto in terrazzo è stato esattamente gentile. La spa, seppur piccola, è graziosa e accogliente, e il massaggio è stato davvero rilassante. Un’esperienza da ricordare! Weekend meraviglioso

Gem of a hotel. Excellent location close to everything yet completely quiet at all times. Comfortable bed and nice room with umbrellas which we needed the first day. Lovely breakfast buffet and room, and delicious appetizers at night which came free with our room. We also appreciated the attentive, thoughtful service. When we asked for a late check-out, they said no-problem and had a taxi waiting for us when we needed to go to the train station. We would return in a heartbeat.

Eccellente Boutique Hotel di design moderno ed elegante, situato in un edificio antico , nel pieno centro di Verona, meravigliosa città da visitare! Abbiamo passato un momento di assoluto relax, coccolati da uno staff accogliente e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza o curiosità. Tutto è stato favoloso: il massaggio rilassante alla spa, con piscina riscaldata…la cena al ristorante Sottovoce con vini locali di altissimo livello e con un risotto alla barbabietola squisito… la bellissima camera, una suite curata nei minimi particolari con lenzuola di lino raffinatissime… la colazione, semplicemente sontuosa ! Un angolo di paradiso da consigliare a tutti gli amici!

We had lunch and dinner here on separate days. Food and service wells equally as good on both visits. Great rooftop dining area with good views of the city. Evening meal tasting menu was delicious and beautifully served. A great place for an intimate dinner

Vista Verona is such an amazing hotel and if you are looking to visit Verona, the city of love, then you will not find anywhere better. My wife and I recently visited Verona to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and was hoping to find somewhere special and wow, this place is that and more! Everything from our arrival was just perfect and clearly no amount of personal detail was ever too much trouble. From reception to our room, and from the porter to housekeeping to the restaurant team, everyone was fantastic. The complimentary use of the hotel's bicycles on one evening left us with memories that we will treasure. Vista Verona would be regarded as a small boutique style hotel with 16 x rooms. It is perfectly located and is run so personably that our stay felt much more than just another hotel, but was home from home and in a style of luxury that made us feel very special. They say that the world is a big place and that there are so many must see locations to explore, and whilst this is very true, we know without any doubt that when we visit Verona again, there is only one place that we would want to stay – Vista Verona! Spoil yourselves, stay at Vista Verona and you will not be disappointed.

We are just back home and with great memories of our Italian trip. One of the highlights was our stay in the hotel in Verona. The beauty of the hotel and its rooms was only surpassed by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff.
