Nice enough spot with a good location,staff seemed a little bit undertrained in my opinion,pool was ok but pool bar staff not very enthusiastic just sit there waiting,room service was hard work didn't seem to understand basic English,as any hotel pros and cons for the price its fine and it was good enough for a short stay

Excellent hotel right in the center of Khon Kaen. ?We stayed for the New Years countdown and had a fireworks show right outside our window. It is within walking distance of Central shopping plaza.

Very good hotel, nice and peaceful location. Hotel staff has great hospitality and service minded. Great taste of food , suggest using hotel service no need to find outside restaurant ??

Pullman hotel is very beautiful. Room was huge, king bed very comfortable, stall extremely friendly.

Newly renovated! The hotel was just renovated and looked better than before. I was stay here last year too. The location was also excellent in the heart of Khon Kaen, closed to so many shops and department store. Service was great but we actually booked a twin bed room not a double bed room. The bar at the hotel was good for relax, the staff was also very friendly. Recommended!

Best hotel in central Khon Kaen for western travelers. The hotel is not new, but one cannot find a better hotel. The breakfast buffet is little boring but convenient.

Both breakfast and dinner at the in-house restaurant were excellent. The service provided by Tanedphon was especially noteworthy—friendly, attentive, and warm. The selection left nothing to be desired: from delicious Thai specialties to unexpected classics like sauerkraut and German beer, everything the heart could wish for was on offer. A thoroughly enjoyable culinary experience

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which causes loud drilling noises throughout the day. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have chosen to stay here, as the noise was quite disturbing until around 5 p.m. However, after I called to inform the hotel, they stopped the work.
The room is spacious, but the décor feels rather old-fashioned and not very modern. The bathtub was damaged, and the drain couldn’t be opened after use. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price paid.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, the staff are friendly, polite, and provide good service. The live music in the lobby was also very nice.
Breakfast is great.
