Rooms were clean and so were all the facilities.
Unfortunately I wasn’t helped with my suitcases , given the wrong room then had to carry it all myself AGAIN to the correct room .
Besides that. The space is great and perfectly located for early travel to the airport.

Enjoyed my stay! Hotel is very close to the airport which is ideal during layovers. The staff was quite friendly and assisted me in organising early transportation to the airport.

My second stay at this hotel after returning from a small Durban trip. Again the location is convenient. I throughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Michelle at front desk kindly assisted me, and helped me change rooms to be closer to other family members staying at the hotel. Will stay here again in the future.

Nice and safe location near the airport about 15 min drive. Buffet dinner was reasonable about 25 USD.

Already feels outdated and worn out. The floor in the room was a bit dirty the first night. The breakfast was below average. The outdoor area is a nice place to hang out during the day.

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

Hotel turned off all the electricity in the room unannounced. They did nothing and had no intention to fix it. Can only shower in the dark, can’t use hair dryer, can’t charge phones.
All the lights went back three hours later around 03:00. So no sleep at all in that airport hotel before taking flight in the early morning. Wouldn’t stay there again.

A really enjoyable experience, lovely spotlessly clean, large, modern and new room with luxurious bedding and a superb shower. Located a 10 minute drive from OR Tambo, the only grumble is the transfer service which comes only once per hour. After a long flight the last thing you want is to wait ages for a pick up, especially when there are closer hotel options which provide more convenience. That's the only reason I would have second thoughts about staying here again, the hotel itself is superb.

The hotel is definitely worth the price. Its a 15 min drive from the airport and theres a shopping centre within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The Mangwanani spa offers great services. All restaurants serve the most delicious dishes throughout the day. Theres also a rooftop bar with live performances on certain days. Ill surely return again.
