    • Guest：From the moment we arrived at Mountbatten Bungalow, we were met with the warmest welcome imaginable. Every member of staff was exceptional, led by the wonderful Sagar, whose attention to detail and genuine care made our stay truly special. The ambience of this historic property is simply magical. Set amidst beautifully manicured gardens, the bungalow offers complete tranquility, accompanied by the constant, soothing birdsong throughout the day. The sense of history combined with the peaceful surroundings creates an atmosphere that is both calming and unforgettable. The food was first-class throughout our stay, and a very special thank you to Sagar and the catering team for organising a private, romantic barbecue dinner overlooking the hills. It was not just a meal, but an experience we will cherish forever. Our only disappointment was that our tour itinerary did not allow us to stay longer — something we will certainly correct on our next visit. We will absolutely return to this magical place. Thank you, Sagar, and to the entire team, from the bottom of our hearts. Quite simply, a stunning experience.
    • Guest：We spent three nights at this quaint hotel on the outskirts of Kandy. The property is well maintained and the location is stunning. We stayed in one of the large bungalow rooms, which are spacious and comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and meals were delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed a couple of guided excursions with Dilanthe (spelling?), the hotel's Naturalist. His enthusiasm and wealth of information were priceless!
    • Guest：We had a fabulous two night stay at Mountbatten Bungalow. It is perfectly located in the hills overlooking Kandy. The staff were all very helpful. The very capable Chulun ensured that all our needs were met including dietary requirements. We enjoyed a swim in the pool before watching sunset over the city. Prabath was very attentive at dinner. Highly recommend!
    • Guest：We stayed here one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area is so picturesque with a stunning view of Kandy which was one of our favourite parts of this property! The bungalow itself is very interesting we enjoyed reading about the history of it. The rooms have been done up with modern bathrooms whilst still maintaining a colonial feel. The staff here were lovely and friendly. We did find the set menu to be a bit much for us. But the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend staying here if you have an interest in the historical element in particular. But also if you want to escape the noise and chaos of Kandy. This place is lovely and peaceful!
