設施：設施整體很新，在這一片區域應該是比較好的。頂樓有無邊泳池，看小鎮景色很棒。
衞生：整體都很乾凈，效率也比較高
環境:離kandy的觀景臺很近
服務：入住效率高，服務人員很友善，有小猴子在陽臺上還主動叫我看

Wir waren drei N?chte zu Beginn unserer Rundreise hier und fanden es fantastisch! Die ruhige Lage am Hang mit Blick auf den See und Zahntempel, die in fussl?ufiger Entfernung erreichbar sind, ist bestechend. Die wundersch?ne reduzierte moderne Architektur, die ger?umigen Zimmer und die herrliche Rooftop-Terasse mit Infinity-Pool laden zum Verweilen ein! Das Restaurant serviert sehr leckere regionale und internationale Gerichte. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit ( eine kleine Reparatur an einem Kleidungsstück wurde rasch beim lokalen Schneider veranlasst, Danke dafür, Shane!!!) Wir k?nnen das Hotel nur w?rmstens empfehlen!

The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in good condition. The view and location are exceptional, the pool is outstanding too. The food quality is very very and probably the highlight of out stay. Service is the restaurant could be better/more consistent. Would highly recommend though ??

Jaw droppingly beautiful coupled with incredibly friendly staff is what you can expect from this fabulous hotel. From the moment of our arrival, we were shown such incredible hospitality, warmth and friendliness. Staff here clearly pride themselves on the high levels of service they provide and this was apparent from both reception and waiting staff during breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is substantial with a wide variety of choice and served in an attentive but unobtrusive manner. We had a 7am start during our stay and the breakfast staff went to the trouble of providing us with a breakfast hamper of sandwiches, fruit and pastries to take with us. We took dinner by the pool on 2 evenings and service too is incredibly friendly and efficient - a special mention must go to our waiter Dashan who ensured everything was kept up to the mark on both evenings. Whilst the hotel does not have an alcohol licence it does serve wine and beer and Dashan ensure the white wine was chilled before serving it. Another special mention must go to the luggage porter who not only assisted me twice with reopening the safe in my room and subsequently gave me a tutorial on how to operate it (there were no written instructions) but also provided me with his own personal umbrella (a tip to the hotel might be to have umbrellas for guests). From check-in to check-out our stay was sublime and having had a nose around some other hotels in Kandy whilst there I can honestly say we made the correct choice by staying at The Trees. We will definitely return to stay here again. Quite simply I can only provide you two words - stay here!

We visited this property last weekend and the view was breathtaking and i would say the best view u can get in kandy also the property is new. Service was good from steward dashan and sampath was very friendly also they were helpful with kids meals. There were no stewards available in rooftop and we had to call the reception multiple times to get some orders. We stayed 2 nights and the set menu was the same for both days which was surprising and the food is not that great interms of the spread in buffet as well. In a nuttshell its a great property and stewards are great but front office and food can improve

We did a lot of research and decided on this boutique hotel rather than the well established hotels. It was also our wedding anniversary so we wanted something more intimate . Despite telling the hotel well in advance of our anniversary, our your operator doing the same again 6 months in advance and our driver also saying , it fell on complete deaf ears . This was disappointing to say the least given all the other hotels did something as a kind gesture . That’s said the positives are the friendliness of staff , the amazing views of Kandy. Negatives as mentioned is the hotel really does to pay more attention to small details. Room service need to collect plates etc rather than leave overnight . Menu at breakfast is ok

Lovely location with stunning views. The lake view room was spectacular. The food was decent and the breakfast was substantial and delicious. Unfortunately the Internet was awful, so I was not able to carry out some important work. Our stay was marred by a rude receptionist- we were handed a bill for 2 other rooms, when we disputed this, she insisted that these were our bills. She would not back down and became quite rude, until the manager intervened and sorted the problem- work on customer service and this place would receive 5 stars.

WOW! What can I say… We booked for dinner in this newly opened hotel for a special occasion and it did not disappoint. The service from Dashan & Roumesh was impeccable and so attentive. We booked to eat on the terrace with incredible views over Kandy. The food quality is exceptional. We had a variety of traditional Sri Lankan curries between us. They were more than happy to adjust the menu to cater for Vegan / Vegetarian. Very tasty and very reasonably priced. We all loved it. It’s worth a note at the time of writing this the hotel hasn’t yet got its full alcohol licence so we bought our own with us which they were happy to serve us and keep cool. We knew this in advance so were prepared. A*

The Trees in Kandy is a new hotel with plenty going for it. The rooms are large and comfortable and our suite had a long balcony overlooking the lake. The staff did everything they could to make our stay fantastic and the food in the restaurant was definitely the stand out. The attention to detail by the highly skilled chef was incredible and well worth the half board option.
