位置方便，在精华地段，但也因此会收resort fee（一晚US$34），房价相较这个区域算比较平价一些的，但也因此各方面卫生设备较旧。
没有泳池，没有健身房，房间霉味有点重，厕所有小蟑螂出没。
一楼是水烟酒吧，晚上会放很大声的音乐，住在低楼层的比较会听到。且隔音效果不好，走廊的讲话声音都听得到。
会收US$100的押金（mini bar跟冰箱），且押金只能用信用卡支付，无法给予现金，退房後3-5天才会知道押金有没有退回来。
对於国外非凡国际这点比较没保障（有看到google评论说押金没有被退回来）
Resort fee包含一楼酒吧happy hour，一房一天可以换一小杯cocktail（5pm-8pm）。

Friendly staff, free drinks, & nice rooms right near the beach ?? my only small complaint is the level of street/construction noise that can be heard from the bedroom windows, but it is a very busy area. Otherwise, great hotel for a great price in South Beach!!

Location is great. Seemed to be clean, front desk was friendly. Can be noisy late into the night. Did not get wash clothes but all in all a pleasant stay.

房间乾净舒服宽敞，床上用品也很乾净，睡觉舒服。离海滩很近。晚上周围的酒吧一条街很热闹，价格也不贵。治安情况良好。服务员队客人很热情，能为客人排忧解难。总之很满意。
