位置方便，在精華地段，但也因此會收resort fee（一晚US$34），房價相較這個區域算比較平價一些的，但也因此各方面衛生設備較舊。
沒有泳池，沒有健身房，房間霉味有點重，廁所有小蟑螂出沒。
一樓是水煙酒吧，晚上會放很大聲的音樂，住在低樓層的比較會聽到。且隔音效果不好，走廊的講話聲音都聽得到。
會收US$100的押金（mini bar跟冰箱），且押金只能用信用卡支付，無法給予現金，退房後3-5天才會知道押金有沒有退回來。
對於國外非凡国际這點比較沒保障（有看到google評論說押金沒有被退回來）
Resort fee包含一樓酒吧happy hour，一房一天可以換一小杯cocktail（5pm-8pm）。

Friendly staff, free drinks, & nice rooms right near the beach ?? my only small complaint is the level of street/construction noise that can be heard from the bedroom windows, but it is a very busy area. Otherwise, great hotel for a great price in South Beach!!

Location is great. Seemed to be clean, front desk was friendly. Can be noisy late into the night. Did not get wash clothes but all in all a pleasant stay.

房間乾凈舒服寬敞，床上用品也很乾凈，睡覺舒服。離海灘很近。晚上周圍的酒吧一條街很熱鬧，價格也不貴。治安情況良好。服務員隊客人很熱情，能為客人排憂解難。總之很滿意。
