Viaggio di coppia.
L’hotel si trova sulla 14th della Ocean Dr a 100 metri dalla spiaggia,vicino a tutti i ristoranti e servizi,la camera ha quasi tutto però non ha armadi,ha solo 3 cassetti e 5-6 grucce,quindi abbiamo dovuto tenere tutto nelle valigie.
Apertura delle finestre minima senza zanzariere.Condizionatore molto rumoroso,infatti dormivamo sempre con i tappi.
Servizio di pulizia buono anche se ogni giorno si dimenticavano qualcosa,forse non hanno una check-list da consultare per rifare le camere.Bottiglie d’acqua illimitate e macchina del caffè espresso in camera con cialde nuove ogni mattina.Sunbeds e teli da mare inclusi.Bici incluse.Receptionist e personale molto gentili e disponibili.

The room was very small and the bathroom was hard to move around. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great SOBE location
Nice art deco hotel on Ocean Dr. Comfortable room with king size bed. Small bathroom and shower but adequate. Great staff and service with restaurant on premises.

They put us in the wrong room and we had to change rooms. The room was small and the bathroom was extremely tiny. The shower was so tiny you could barely move. The staff was not helpful, unprofessional, and the customer service was poor. I will not stay here again and will never recommend it to anyone.

La ubicación es buenísima. Me encanta el hotel.
El único inconveniente que veo es que los ba?os no tienen extractor de aire y que la habitación huele mucho a humedad. Deberían poner deshumidificadores.

Business stay on South Beach
I've stayed at Winter Haven several times, it is a nice hotel if you want to stay in this part of Miami Beach. Friendly staff and a good restaurant. There are other options but it comes with a price tag.

Convenience. It was clean and check in was easy. We flew in, our room was not ready so they had bag storage and kept luggage and we went to beach until it was ready.

Perfect location for visiting the beach. Beach chairs and towels included in your stay, you have to pay extra for an umbrella though. They even have bikes you can borrow. We went to the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and felt like that was a rip-off, would not recommend. But our stay at the hotel was perfect.

I loved my stay at the resort, cleaning staff was coming daily to clean the rooms. The late checkout option was until 1 pm but we got it until 3 pm by paying $50 which was easy to pack and relax.
Everything is on walking distance. No uber needed.

location is perfect for couple interested exploring beach and surroundings. Room was clean and things worked as expected. Was allowed early check-in which helped us after long flight.
Rooms are pretty tight on space, additional suitcase stand would be useful. Bathroom is tiny and does not have exhaust fans which makes it difficult for back to back use between partners. telephone was not hooked to the line so for anything needed from front desk had to be in person :( Construction noise caused some disturbance :(
