Overall a functional hotel but not superb. Room was a good size, bed was a bit hard for me and breakfast again is functional but nothing to rave about. Overall I would say a 3 star experience. Location also a bit far from everything.

Only good thing is the pak at counter when I checked in at night. Other than that was pretty disappointing. Room doesn’t have hot water, not well lit. There’s a bathtub but no use when there isn’t hot water. Pak tried to help me find and change room but the temperature is somewhat the same, temperature level probably can’t even make a cup of coffee. At night when you try to call room service for just drinks, I’m also told that everything is closed. No room service even for beer.

Very good location and surprisingly very comfortable stay. Breakfast provided was of good variety with option for freshly fried noodles or fried rice. Very near to harbor bay ferry terminal. Will definitely stay again.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room??????

The rooms are clean and big. Near to all tourist attractions. Easily accessible. The bar was very nice

Because still old towel and even budget hotel now gives fair white new towel
