Comfortable, clean, affordable, great staff, close to the Airport. Lovely suite, bedding was excellent, pillows were comfy. Efficient air conditioner, very accommodating. Great pick if flight delays or cancellations. Cannot recommend more highly. Couple of restaurants close by, a minute's walk.

Location is great as it is around 5 minutes from the airport. The 24 hour reception was great as our flight got in at 2am. The staff are very hospitable and amenable. The location is noisy but a good location for a stopover with a flight. Not much to do in the town so wouldn’t recommend staying for long

The rooms were cozy , very well furnished and super clean .Hot water and AC are available . The receptionist who attended us , Ismael was VERY helpful , super generous and pleasant . He was always smiling and was always ready to help/ attend us whenever he saw us . We’ve been to several 5 starts resorts in Turkey as the Paloma or Hilton chain , but I personally think that Ismael is one of the best and most efficient receptionist we’ve dealt with . In addition to that , Zehra who works at several places in the same day is very hardworking , very kind to customers and always in a good mood . In the morning you may find her in the kitchen serving breakfast while being super cheerful and friendly with a huge smile on her face , later on you can find her as a house keeping and at the end of the day, still with a smile on her face , you’ll find her brightening the windows in the main entrance or adding final touches to the cafe. These two workers make a great team and add a lot of value to this hotel .Again , I think that these two workers are the best we’ve ever seen , better than all those who work in the top hotels in Turkey or other countries . They’ve made us want to come to this hotel again even though it doesn’t have a lot of amenities . I thank all those who work there but specially these two .

Great overnight stay on way home from Istanbul watching Manchester City. Close to Dalaman airport which made it easily accessible. Very clean throughout, good breakfast and staff very nice and welcoming - thank you ????

Our group of four had a short but wonderful stay in Karacan Park Hotel. It is spotlessly clean and well presented. We had superior studio rooms and they were spacious with very comfortable beds and sofas. The manager and kitchen staff were warm, friendly and very responsive. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

Good place to rest and stay as airport hotel. People are friendly and helpful. hotel is clean, rooms are fresh and silence. Breakfast is good and simple. Bathroom, bed tv and airco are good as well. Checkin and checkout is fast. Airport is just 5 minutes by car

This hotel is 5 mins in a taxi from Dalaman airport. If you arrive late from your flight I highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms with good bathrooms, polite and helpful staff. Good Aircon, nice simple breakfast. Our room had twin beds that were comfortable. We didn't need anything more after our flight.
