Could not check not check in at 2pm. Although normal check in of 3pm is listed you would expect some flexibility.

The room heating system wasn't working. The receptionist, Lo?c, gave me another room. The new room was well heated. Thank you Lo?c.
The room wasn't cleaned daily. The towels weren't changed. Apparently, this is the hotel's policy. If you want daily cleaning, you have to pay an extra fee.

La chambre manque vraiment d'hygiène, nous avons eu une chambre 4 personnes, 2 canapés déplié et du coup on ne pouvait a peine circuler dans la piece. La salle de bain vetuste et le nettoyage vraiment mal fait. De plus sur le site l'hotel devait comporter un bar et rien . Le personnel avait l'air complètement dépassé pour chaque question ou demande et nous devions repeter au moins 3 fois les questions.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. When I asked for cleaning, they say this is an apparthotel and on certain days rooms are cleaned. They only give two package of teas and two coffees for eight days. Also, they only give a single soap. They refuse to wash the dishes, and they're threatening to charge my security deposit if I don't clean up after them.

NEFASTO, ENTRARON A LA HABITACION MIENTRAS ESTABA DURMIENDO CON MI PAREJA EN FIN DE A?O. NO ESQUE ENTRARAN POR ERROR NONO. ENTRARON ESTANDO YO EN LA CAMA DURMIENDO Y SE PUSIERON A LIMPIAR TAN TRANQUILOS ESTANDO YO DESNUDA. EL PRIMER DIA NO DIJE NADA, EL SEGUNDO YA FUE LA PERA. ME QUEJE EN DIRECCION Y ME TRATARON DE GUIRI, PUSE UNA RECLAMACIóN EN UN PAPEL PORQUE NO ME QUISIERON DAR LA HOJA DE RECLAMACIONES, TAMPOCO ME DIERON NINGUNA COMPENSACIóN, AL CONTRARIO, QUE ERA NORMAL ENTRAR Y QUEDARSE DENTRO MIENTRAS DUERMES. MENUDA MALA EDUCACION LA DE TODO EL HOTEL. POR SI FUERA POCO PAGUE 300€ DE HOTEL, MAS 250€ DE FIANZA, Y SIGO ESPERANDO EL REEMBOLSO. LA HABITACION DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR Y LA DIRECCIóN IGUAL.

Stayed for 1 week and everything was perfect , they clean the room mostly everyday. Public transportation are about 5 minutes walk. Recommend it

一見綺麗ですが、所々ボロが見えます。風呂など。
いつへやの清掃が入るかは不明。
車で行くと駐車場や周辺の道は狹くて大変でした。パリの周りは全てかも知れませんが。

I booked it for my boss to attend a meeting at the headquarters in France. He said that everything at the hotel was normal, with no significant positives or negatives, and he had no special feedback to provide.

Airconditioning too warm for summer - barely got the room cool. Management need to alter the regulated temperature for different seasons.
Kitchenette lacked several utensils that one would expect in kitchenette and Concierge not interested in providing missing tools. Made kitchen nearly useless.
Other rooms in the Building did in fact have the utensils, when we stayed again later that week. There is no consistency to the kitchen tools, so any stay is potentially troublesome.
No one checks that the customer has the proper kitchen gear to use kitchen properly.
