Had no water when I arrived. Additionally, did not offer early check-in or respond to my request for early check-in even though I asked a week in advance.

Overall, the room was very clean. The room was very comfortable to stay in. Staff is very very friendly. The only complaint was there was not enough food when I went down to have the continental breakfast.

Excelente ubicación, muy muy buen tama?o de los cuartos si van 5 personas. El único inconveniente fue la limpieza de las alfombras saliendo del elevador y se entiende porque están haciendo remodelaciones

When we got to the hotel, parking was terrible couldn’t find parking at all, the gentleman that helped us check in was super friendly, unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but the manager was the most rude person I’ve ever met, doesn’t smile, doesn’t greet people, doesn’t think people, we weren’t the only ones there that she was rude to. When getting inside the room, there was an ugly smell, not sure if the carpets were dirty, there were stains on the sheets, that look like oil stains, or something, carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed. In the halls, also the weekend we stayed they’re not once were they vacuumed, we saw the same trash from the day. We got there till the day we left.
