Well-located, friendly staff, clean room.
The only drawback is that the bathroom door is attached to the desk, making it difficult to open.

Amaaaaaazing Staff! It is super nice to check in with Arthur, who showed us the basic orientation of Gent and some personal recommendations on where to go (his recommendations are true to his word~ :D)
Room was clean!
There was free water provided
but a fridge would have been such a nice addition!

Well located for public transport to the station and to walk into town. Clean and quiet. A bit poky in size, even for a solo traveller. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, but a kettle was promptly provided on request. Very helpful, friendly staff.
