  • Guest：Ruim Ao chegar no quarto após o checkin estava uma temperatura interna de 35? onde tentei desligar e ligar novamente colocando em temperatura inferior para refrescar o quarto, no entanto, sem sucesso! Quando solicitei auxílio no balc?o, me informaram n?o ter quarto disponível para trocar e que eu deveria abrir a janela para refrescar. Fiz isso e demorou em torno de 3 horas para ficar a uma temperatura aceitável. A qual interferiu inclusive em nosso sono (chegamos à noite no hotel). Elevador: funcionando somente um, onde nas duas vezes que desci pela manh?, tive que aguardar a terceira descida do mesmo para conseguir embarcar. Estava com minha família (esposa e filhas pequenas) e a experiência foi horrível. Já fiquei no IBIS em Novo Hamburgo, POA Aeroporto, Caixias/Bento… e nunca tive uma experiência ruim assim como esta.
