The room was old and the wood was rotted. The staff were wonderfful. We did have roaches in the room.

Didn’t Match the Photos — Needs Major Upkeep . We booked based on the photos showing bright blue walls and updated rooms, what we got looked nothing like that. The room was older, plain, and in clear need of maintenance. Check-in was quick, but they charged the first night a day early and added a $100 hold for incidentals at the desk. When we got to the room, the TV wasn’t even plugged in, and after a few trips to the front desk to get help, it finally worked, though it had a constant buzzing echo. The bathroom had visible water damage and mold near the shower, with sloppy caulking. Towels were folded nicely but looked dingy, not fresh. The bed was hard, and even though we booked a double, we only got one bed. The pool was tiny and had sketchy-colored water, and we skipped the free breakfast since it looked limited and unappetizing. Overall, staff were polite, but the property needs a serious refresh,cleaner rooms, maintenance, and more accurate photos of what guests can actually expect.

Happy hour - fun! Breakfast good. Room good. Noise from above - bad; noise outside - bad. Location good. Employees - great!

Not happy when cleaning maid open door an hour before check out an we’re still in bed ,,,,can be kind of scary when you see the door opening and someone one coming in,,,,Not good at all..

The rooms are very old. If you’re looking for a bed and a closed door then this is your spot. Otherwise, it’s in poor condition. Breakfast was fine. Typical continental. Do not rent a cart from here. Out of six carts, only one had a beach pass on it. No Bluetooth or speakers. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

As far as the golf carts they all are supposed to have a beach pass so my apologies that it was missing. The golf carts will have blue tooth in them. Super friendly stuff, very convenient location in the heart of it all. Good price with only a one time fee for dogs per stay not a nightly nightmare.

Parking was good, breakfast was delicious, We had a great experience. We will definitely be back. The younglady was very helpful. Because of her help and understanding and patients we will definitely be backyard
