    • Guest：Excellent location in the heart of the old town, walk to train station. The unit has a kitchen and dinning area. It is clean and the owner was very helpful for allowing luggage stireage after we checked out.

    • Guest：Myself and my partner we booked this place for 2 nights. We have booked the studio apartment, which has private bathroom, kitchenette with small cooker, fridge and freezer, and oven. The room and all is basic, but all you need for a few nights holiday, instead of staying in a hotel. The main entrance is just beside the entrance of a bar, so is a bit hidden and easy to miss at first. However the location is superb, just in the heart of the city of Bolzano/Bozen. The only thing was not working was wifi, and also it might be a bit noisy till late in the night due facing the road. Train station is just 7 minutes walking, and you can get to the cable car in 12 minutes walking.
