  • Guest：The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!
  • Guest：We had a 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights. We paid approximately 450€ per night. We complained on technical issues with ventilation. Hotel promised to compensate but we don’t received it. Shame.
  • Guest：A 5star hotel and room have been renovated. Recommended if you stay at Strasbourg.
  • Guest：The room was very nice and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and willing to help, and the location was excellent. During the Christmas period, road closures (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) may require carrying luggage for a short distance. Overall, I really liked the hotel, though the room felt a bit small for the price.
